  Extraordinary experience in All Exclusive Transportation from begin to end. They answered every one of my messages and messages in convenient way. Moving is extremely unpleasant, yet these guys made it simple and fun. Their cost was EXTREMELY SERIOUS. They set the assumption from the main call. Movers showed up sooner than expected, were quick, wearing covers, cautious with our stuff, extremely aware and great manners. Much thanks to you!

  All Exclusive Transportation was perfect. The three people tried sincerely and quick, yet focused on our things. They wrapped and covered furnishings and even dismantled the beds and set up them back in the new house. The quote was superb and the group didn't slack at work. I would recommend to utilize them and assuming that I move again will call them.Gratitude for your work!

  Four movers came and had our 4 bedroom house packed and loaded within about 5 hours. They pay attention to what we needed, were professional and careful. They WORKED VERY HARD and did a very meticulous job. They asked questions and did a few walk-throughs on finishing the move. They went above and beyond moving everything out and into **************. We will definitely use them again when we move into our new home.

  I recently moved and utilized All Exclusive Transportation. The cost was sensible and the staff and completely finish was extremely proficient. The movers came on time and kept me informed during make a trip starting with one home then onto the next which helped a great deal as I could get things in the middle between. I moved from a huge home to an enormous home. The movers were very expert, amicable and proficient. I had a ton of things to move (as you can envision) and not one thing was broken or harmed. They accepted exceptional consideration as though the crates had a place with them. I was unable to be more joyful with this company. I would strongly suggest this company. Assuming I at any point move again I will get in touch with them.

  Good day I have read this review and I will respond accordingly. This Customer is dishonest And Is a master manipulator. She has moved many times in the past and she always seems to have a bad experience simply because she is a bad person. When my when my driver came to her house to pick up her stuff. She showed him additional items that were not on her initiallist. He told her that if she took everything that she wanted to take. It would be about $600 additional. She said she wanted to stay within Her quoted price So the driver told her he could only take what is Listed on the initial quote. She refused to sign the revised estimate before starting the job because she agreed to take only the items That were on the original list. Halfway through the move she decided that she wanted to take the other items so the driver stopped working and told her she would have to sign the revised estimate before he could continue. All the other legal documents were signed prior to us starting the job. This customer has lied many times throughout her move process and cursed me out on the phone when I was merely trying to help her. When I asked her to please stop she became more angry and continued to curse me so I hung up and blocked her from calling my cell phone. She then called me from a different number a day after her items were delivered to her. We have fulfilled our obligations and this matter is closed.

  I came across All Exclusive Transportation Services, Inc. (who also goes by All Exclusive Moving Services, ***** and felt very comfortable with their salesperson *****. He assured me that the reason their prices were so low was due to the multiple trips they made from the northeast to *******. I told him the contents of my sons apartment (to the best of my ability) and how many boxes we anticipated. I questioned the few negative reviews I read about the prices going up upon delivery and he assured me that those were customers who never mentioned a piano. I also questioned the additional $75 for every additional feet to the truck and he graciously said dont worry about that this is written for *** customers. There were a few small items I may have overlooked on the estimate so I was prepared if there was a reasonable increase. Once the truck was packed, they then said the move was going to cost more than DOUBLE! I called the salesperson immediately and apparently everyone is afraid of the owner (who I asked to speak with but no one would give his name or number). It got to the point that I was scared that my sons contents would be in jeopardy if I pushed too hard. When they arrived, the delivery man, ****, said they needed another $300 CASH due to the walk from the truck to the apartment. This was asked after they were given cash and they signed a PAID IN FULL receipt. They even said they would not take any further items off the truck until the cash was received! My $1825 quote now became $5000! There were multiple items damaged and broken. The insurance company they refer you to isnt worth the aggravation to file a claim (read some of the other reviews). From what I see, the owner will most likely respond to this and try to turn it around and blame me. This is their strategy. If the salesperson told me once, he told me a ***** times oh, you must have misunderstood. In closing, remember, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!

  Good day, I have read this review and I will respond accordingly. The only truth to her story is that the move was for her son. The mom was not at the pickup location however my driver *********** and her son all spoke to the mom prior to facilitating the move. She was not at all accurate with the inventory list that she gave to our office which was for 40 pieces the actual inventory is for 84 pieces. So the blatant lie that we loaded the truck before giving her the price is absolutely pathetic and shameful behavior. I spoke to my driver and salesman as she asked for a discount which I approved simply as a courtesy. My company goes through the entire list with every customer and gives them the price quote prior to us starting any job. We would never ever facilitate any work without their consent and signature on the contract. Her son lived in a building with a more than **** foot walk. We only charged her a $400 fee when lawfully we should have charged a $900 fee. Unfortunately we live in a time were evil and vindictive behavior are the norm. We cancel many moves like her move when the customer is not transparent regarding their inventory and isn't willing to pay for the additional items or services that are needed to facilitate the move. We refund the deposit back and we move on. We gave her the price before touching the items that is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!!!

  THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! READ BEFORE BOOKING THEMYOU DO NOT WANT THE COSTLY SURPRISE!**** provided a quote. **** then scheduled a pick up and drop off time and confirmed that we were all set. The day of our pick up, the movers came and picked up our boxes. When they were done the quote we were given, went up by $3500. (UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUDULENT). 10 days later was our drop off date and we never heard from them. We had to call multiple time before reaching someone to get an update on our delivery. Over several days past our delivery date we were told by *** 1. The truck was experiencing issues and had to serviced, 2. The man that was delivering our stuff just came back from vacation, and finally told: we never guaranteed a delivery date (UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY). I REGRET letting **** con us into hiring this company. We had to rent a smaller ruck for them to transfer our stuff into because their truck was too big for the street. Could you imagine spending $5500 and then told you had to go rent ANOTHER truck because THEIR truck was too big. WHAT A JOKE!2.5 hours later, we are finally set to start moving things into our new home. After finally providing a truck (we paid for) and shoe covers they only move our mattress and fire place. THEY DID NOT PUT ANYTHING BACK TOGETHER. They left everything else on the truck and said they had to leave for their next drop off. They ONLY moved 2 big items and managed to scuff our walls.I honestly wish I was making this up. THIS WAS OUR EXPERIENCE AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER EXPERIENCES SUCH NIGHTMARE. I love recommending services. I see that they have some good reviews and they may have potential to do better BUT my experience with this companys service based out of *** was a S*** SHOW from beginning to end.THEY ARE ONE THIN FROM BEING A SCAMMERS!

  Good day, I have read this review and will respond accordingly. This customer who chose to use a fictitious name called me a few days prior to her delivery upset that she was not getting her items on her earliest delivery date. I explained to her that we do not guarantee delivery dates which is clearly written on our long distance contract. She proceeded to blame our company for the date that she chose and made accusations regarding her delivery date against my ******* and salesman that were absolutely not true. I spoke with her and explained everything in detail to her and provided her with the delivery drivers name and phone number. She asked me if I would give her a courtesy discount and I said that I would to make peace with the situation. When my delivery driver arrived at her residence the complex was not tractor-trailer accessible so they were informed that a smaller truck was needed for a shuttle service. We put in writing in our disclosure form that the customer is responsible for tractor trailer accessibility prior to booking with our company. The customer did not want to pay for our company to do the shuttle service so they rented a small truck to do it themselves. We did bring in her bedding and the fireplace for them as a favor and I did give her a $150.00 courtesy discount as well. I spoke to her husband and asked him if this was his wife that put up this review and he claimed it was not her. I run a very transparent company and never hide myself from anyone. I The very fact that she mentioned how she did not allow the movers to take a 15 minute lunch break especially when she is not paying by the hour shows what kind of a mean hearted shallow individual she is. We do not appreciate vindictive behavior and always attempt to resolve every situation in an amicable manner. Best regards, *****************

  I recently used All Exclusive for my move from ** to *******. I will absolutely NEVER use them again nor will I recommend anyone else use them. At some point during the move they broke the arm of my large sectional. It also has a huge stain on it. It looks like it may have been sitting in water or something. We noticed it as soon as the movers unpacked it. I showed the mover and he said to call ***, the owner, that "he'll make things right."I called and spoke with *** and was told that I only purchased basic insurance which covers .60/lb. When I booked this company I was never given different insurance options. I was told "whatever the movers pack is covered." After 2 months of going back and forth with claims they are only giving me $66. My sofa is brand new and cost me $3000. What is $66 supposed to do??! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I couldn't leave a review without any stars otherwise they would have zero from me. Worst moving company ever!
