I went in there to get a cup of coffee at this location around 530pm. I asked one of the employees if they had any other staff to assist them so I can purchase my coffee. The lady with the glasses and hair in a ponytail with long nails....had a nasty demeanor and showed me some lottery card and said with a nasty demeanor " um, yeah, when I'm done with these" . When all I was asking was to see if someone else could assist them. She tells me you just have to wait, I told her I can just place the money on the counter and she stated...that's your problem then. I have been doing business with you guys for many decades. There is a certain way to speak to your customers without making them feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. All she had to say was " I will be right with you in a minute or so. I would rather drive further to another location elsewhere then to have to endure such nasty customer service.

A package of two empanada's is marked $2.79.
It also has a marking 2/$5.
      I should pay $2.79 but I’m routinely charged $5.
A box of donut if marked with the price per box not that and the price per donut.
I feel this is misleading advertising.
I have addressed this with corporate and they say I am wrong.
I am now taking this deception to the BBB.

I visited the Stewart's Shop at 703 Ford Street in Ogdensburg, NY 13669, at approximately 4:30 PM. I went there to return cans/bottles and to make a purchase. The bottle machine outside was broken down again. I went into the store and explained that I needed to return cans/bottles for deposit. The employees indicated that the machine was broken down, it's always broken down. I explain that the machine being down wasn't my problem. I went on to explain that every time I come into the store I was responsible for paying a deposit on cans/bottles. The manager, Tera, was very rude about the situation. I tried to explain that I was disabled and had to ride an electric chair. I explained that I wasn't in a position, due to my disabilities, to ride all the way to the grocery store. At one point she referred to me as, "you people." Tera, the manager, also at one point told me to "shut up." This manager's behavior was appalling to say the least. I've never experienced such contempt or unprofessionalism in my 50 years. Sadly, this manager should have took the clean cans/bottles and counted them by hand. There was literally only one small bag. There is no reason whatsoever why the stores problems should ever be passed on to the customer. I also indicated that the solution would be to get rid of the bottle machine, since it is always out of service, and go back to counting them by hand. This type of behavior by a company's manager is totally uncalled for. It is for these very reasons why companies' sales go down or end up closing. This manager should be at the very least demoted back to a regular employee position, and the Assistant Manager should become the Manager. The behavior of the manager was so appalling that the Assistant Manager felt the need to speak up and tell me she wasn't on the clock yet. Everyone who was at the store heard what took place, and cameras don't lie either.
