    I received an unwarranted and unordered magazine subscription from a ************************ When I contacted them, I was told the magazine was ordered through a third party company called Strategic Media. I did not order, nor do I want this magazine

    This is *********************** with Strategic Media, LLC.  Mr. *********'s complaint went to the wrong company and we had to re-route it to the correct BBB division so sorry for the delayed response. Mr. ********* received two subscriptions for making a qualifying online purchase. I just tried to speak with him to explain and left a detailed message.  For now I am going to cancel these two subscriptions but if he wishes to reinstate them I asked him to call me directly and left my personal phone #.  He may still get 1-2 more issues as the labels are pre-printed.  Thank you.

    This company poached my 10 year old daughter's name and address and used it without permission to send unsolicited and unwanted literature to our home.

    This is ***********************, President of Strategic Media LLC.  I just left ******* a detailed message as to why his daughter is getting magazines.  At no time was there any cost for these - they were all gifts from our partner.  That said I have gone ahead and cancelled all subscriptions and also added her name to our Do Not Promote List so she will never get any offers like this in the future.  I left ******** my personal phone number in case he has any additional questions.  They may still get 1-2 more issues as the labels are pre-printed but we have gone ahead and processed the cancellations with the publishers.  Thank you.

    I received a subscription to **************** which I did not order. Furthermore it has the name ************************* which is not my name. The city name is wrong on the address as well however the magazine is making it to me. I called **************** and was told Strategic Media a third party was who put thru the order. I did not consent to ordering nor changing my name. I also recently have had two other services ordered by use of my email address that I did not consent to. I don't have any relationship with Strategic Media and I do not want any services provided by this company whether they are free or paid. I wish Strategic Media to remove me completely from their database and stop ordering services on my behalf. I wish Strategic Media to cancel anything they have ordered in this name listed above ********************* or ************************* (there is no such person).

    Went out of town for funeral for a week and all of a sudden I am getting all kinds of magazines and i have been told is digital order from strategic media company. I have no idea who they are but Im sure they got my credit or debit card information fraudly.

    This is *********************** with Strategic Media.  I just spoke with ****************** and explained how she got these bonus subscriptions.  She has requested that we cancel them all and I have instructed my team to do so.  She may still get 1-2 issues of each title as the labels are preprinted.  Thank you very much.
