    Brandon R****** came to my home on Friday April 26, 2024. I allowed him into my home. He wanted to take pictures of the inside of my home, I asked him not to. He proceeded to tell me that pictures were going to be private and only shown to his project manager. I agreed to those terms. On Monday April 29, 2024 I allowed the project manager into my home so he can see what needs to be done. On Wednesday May 1,2024 I was notified by a broker asking me about the property that was on ******. I phoned the person who had arranged Brandon to come tour the home. He told me that posting photos of the inside of the home was not supposed to happen. He contacted Brandon to have pictures taken down. I myself called Brandon and needless to say I spoke my mind. There were at least 16 sites that had pictures of the inside of my home. Brandon told me that it would take up to 24 hours to remove from site. I can assure you there are still sites with the images of the inside of my home. I think the BBB should be aware of their deceptive business practices.

    Our company has a contract with the seller of the home you are a tenant in to sell the property. That does include pictures on the MLS. We are sorry this offended you and when you brought it to our attention, we immediately took them down for your privacy and also explained that ****** and 3rd party sites take a little more time to update on their end.

    They will not stop sending postcards to me asking to purchase my property. I have contacted them 4 times now, and I have records if they don't stop I am filing a complaint with the Department of State.

    Per our records both in our CRM and our phone system, we only have evidence that Mr. **** called Signature Home Buyers once, and that was on 12/28/2022. At that point, we immediately added him to our Do Not Mail list with our mail house. You can see the add date in the attachment. We sincerely apologize to Mr. ****. Because of how our mail house works, Mr. **** can take up to one month to fully add him and ensure he gets no more mailers from us regarding any property he owns. Additionally, he has been added internally as a do not call, so he shouldn't ever receive any follow up call from us.
