    Brandon portrayed himself as a realtor to my MIL despite not having a real estate license. Actively ignored myself and husband while my MIL who very obviously suffers from visible mental impairment due to alcohol induced dementia showed him our property. Allowed her to sell a house that she had no mental capacity to understand the repercussions of. Underpaid by at minimum 75,000 which is apparently their business model. Unsure whether or not an agency disclose or NYS fair housing disclosure was signed due to it not being included with the paperwork received by MIL.

    The level of spam calls/texts and mailers from this company to solicit your home when it is not on the market nor will it be on the market is insane. Over the last year I have asked this company to remove my property from their aggressive tactics over getting me to sell them my home. My home is not and will not be for sale. They have ignored my requests and have continued to mail me checks in the mail for my home to which I have sent back to them and have thrown others away. Direct phone calls speaking to “Amber” on multiple occasions to have my property removed haven’t worked. I’m so sick of their spam that I am writing this review. Others in the Rotterdam group are also sick of it. No one wants to be on their spam mailer list. I hope Amber sees this. Get my property off your mailer.

    *****-you have been removed from our mailing list once you actually gave us the address. Also, we do not cold call or text, that must be another company. We market to areas we do business in, you just happen to live there. You have been removed on our end and we have sent your info to the mail houses to be removed as well, we do not own or control the mail houses. You may get one more mail piece just because of timing and how they buy lists and send mail..toss those out and moving forward you should be all set on our end.

    These people are complete no good company. Don't ever go with this company. sell with a real realator. I would give 0 stars if I could. Complete worthless people
