    I was given an estimate for a vinyl fence installation last year. I understand the supply chain was impacted due to COVID, but four months in a row, Trust a Fence delayed my install, and eventually returned my deposit with no services having been provided. Early this year I reached out to the company and asked to be put on their list for a fence installation yet again. I had an agreed upon start date of July 13th. I have now been delayed, often with little to no warning (ranging from 1 hour prior to the agreed upon start time to not even providing communication that he is cancelling), 8 times since that July 13th date. Joe, is the company representative I have communicated with, and nothing is happening to complete my project. As of August 17th they finally installed 25% of the fence. They have again continued to cancel our agreed upon installation times 3 times already since that August 17th date. They have also left their materials on my lawn, killing my grass, when I clearly provided ample space on my driveway so that their materials didn't need to be left there while they continue to not show up and complete the project.

    The project was pushed back due to unforeseen issues with other customers orders and installations that were scheduled prior to this installation. Crews were moved around to accommodate and finish those installations. There were also injuries to the team that also prevented timely installations. The matters have since been resolved and the project will be completed on Monday September 12, 2022.
