I paid Subscription Services $179.00 on 1/17/25 for a one year subscription to "The Week". My check (#****) cleared on 2/3/25. I have never received any issues of The Week as I ordered and paid for. I searched for a contact number to website for Subscription Fulfillment and can not locate a website or customer service phone number.Customer Answer

I received a subscription notice from Subscription Services to renew my subscription for **************** I forwarded a check (#****) dated July 30, 2024, to them and the check was cashed on August 12, 2024. We are now into October and apparently this subscription has not been renewed as I keep receiving notices that it will expire. Obviously, *************** was not notified of this renewal, nor did they receive payment. At this point I am requesting a full refund.Customer Answer

I received and Offer in the mail from Subscription Services for *************** $ ****** for a two year Subscription. I mailed a check for $ ****** and the coupon on 12-19-2023, they cashed my check on January 12th 2024 and to date I have never received the *************** or a response from Subscription Services. I have written them a letter two times and provided the proof in an attachment showing the documents and requesting a Full Refund. To date I have newer received a response from them. I reached out to Rossen Reports and they suggested that I contact the BBB.Customer Answer
