      Subscription Services presented themselves as ********** ******** in a promotion add mailed to me that I mistook as a renewal reminder from The Week as I subscribe to them and the mailing looked very much like a renewal request, and my current subscription was due to expire in December, 2023. This request was received in October, 2023, and my mailed check dated October 25, 2023 was cleared by my bank in November 2023. I contacted The Week on several occasions as I was continuing to receive renewal requests from them and was told they had no record of my payment and had no knowledge of "Subscription Services" or contact information for them. To date I have received zero issues of The Week from Subscription Services who promised 50 issues for my $179.00 payment they received and cashed in November, 2023. OF NOTE: To add further insult, Subscription Services sent me a new request for the same subscription offer on May 22, 2024! However, using this offer request, I now have some information on them, but they provide no phone number for customer service. Since I regard their ploy (that I fell for in October) to generate business as essentially fraudulent, I do not wish to do business with them and expect them to reimburse my $179.00. I have attached my cancelled check and a copy of the May 22, 2024 offer from them. I thank you for your time spent in reviewing my claim and your much needed assistance.

      February 5th, submitted payment for *************** renewal for $232.14. Company is a scam and is not associated with the official Subscription Services in ** nor directly with ***************.

      Received notice from Subscription Services to renew my *************** subscription for 1 year To send $116.07 to them at ********************** *** * *** ******************************* Which i sent a check dated 3/8/2024. My check cleared the bank, but not my subscription renewal.I would like a refund of my payment. Thank you. I wish you could put them out of business!

      I sent in a check for $232.14 on 1 March 2024 for a 2-year magazine subscription renewal of **************** When I contacted **************** on 1 April 2024, they said they have no record of my renewal. I cannot find a telephone for this company located in ****** ** or any way to contact them via the website. They show their address as SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ********************************************************************************************************

      On 10/10/23 I sent my check # *** in the amount of 116,07 to Subscription Services, **********************************************************************************************, for a one year subscription to ***************** As of this date (12/6/23) NO MAGAZINE! I double checked my bank statement and the check went thru on 10/25/23.

      I paid $46.00 on May 23, 2023 for the renewal of *************** (a 2 year subscription), offer number **********. I sent check # ***** in the amount of $46.00 to Subsription Services on May 23, 2023. The check was cashed on June 5, 2023 which appeared on my bank statement. On August 23, 2023 I received the exact same subscription offer from Subscriptions Services for *************** renewal but with a different offer number *******. This is obviously a bogus company that continues to send auto subscription notices (that look very authentic) to unsuspecting prospects. Somehow they have access to a list that identifies magazine subscripions linking them to each corresponding customer with full names and addresses. There is no telephone number to contact this organization and they should certainly be shut down if at all possible. I would like a refund from this company. Thank you sincerely for your help in resolving this matter.

      I sent two checks to Subscription Services company for renewal of ****************** 04-26-2023 Check #**** for $18.97 and renewal of Angels on ************** 04-26-2023 Check #**** for *****. Guideposts has sent me renewal notices for both magazine subscriptions. Guideposts does not have any record of my subscriptions being renewed by this 3rd party company ,namely Subscription Services. There is no phone number for me to contact this company. Both of my checks were processed and cashed on 05-08-2023. I would like a refund since I need to renew the magazines directly with Guideposts to continue my subscriptions. Thank You.

      Subscription Services presented themselves as "The Week" in a promotional add that I mistook as a renewal reminder from The Week that I prescribe to. I was obviously duped; nevertheless, they did make the offer of a year's subscription to The Week. The transaction was made in early November of 2022, and my check for $176 has cleared my bank account; however, I have received no issues of The Week from Subscription Services to date. Since I regard their ploy (that I fell for) to generate business as essentially fraudulent, I really do not want to do business with them and expect them to reimburse my $176.        On 2/15/23, I received an email from Subscription Services acknowledging receipt of your letter in response to my complaint (#********) claiming that they did not receive or cash my check.  However, "in good faith," they indicated that they would be sending me a check for the the subscription amount, $179.00.  To date, no check has arrived.

       On 2/25/23 I received a check for $179.00 from Subscription Services reimbursing me in full for the Week subscription that I, in error, had sent them a check to renew my Week subscription.  I have not yet deposited the check, but the imprinting on the heck indicates that it is drawn on Chase (***************** *****) so, at this point, I presume it is valid.
