    I went to Altona correctional facility june 8th 2024 all the machines are selling expired food and drinks this is a health concern for kids and adults at times the food is already open also the inside of the machine as mild and filthy with old food being spoiled. Also the machine stole over 45 dollars during the dates of December 10 through June 8th and when I called the company they don’t answer. I have left a message and no one calls me back.

    I visit an inmate every 5 weeks at the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, NY. The vending machines are never full, expired food, and I lose money everytime I go. I wrote the number down to contact them about the problems. They don't return my calls, I leave a message, never a person to talk to. I just want my money back, food in the machines to buy for the inmate, and fresh food items. I am not the only person that has this problem at the facility. Calling has done nothing for us, so I am reaching out to you. Thanks
