    This vending company has machines @clinton correctional facility, in Dannemora NY. I lost money and food in their machines, then I emailed and called. I received a very pleasant call from " kate" who stated she had a "list" of people to call issuing refunds. Mine was 10.00 prior to new years, it's now 22.20, and I have yet to receive the 10.00 from the nice call. I got a email from "tom" stating there had been vandalism to their machines causing the food doors to be "broken" none were broken that I could see, the machine just didn't work properly. And the screen states that it accepts coins only...are you kidding me? It has a credit card reader and That worked WONDERFULLY, but on Monday, January 7th when I went on my visit, that had been taken off the machine. I told "kate" and "tom" that the vending area was the worst part of my visit, that's bad, seeing I'm entering a PRISON. nothing has been resolved. I haven't received any money, and the machine barely worked prior, and now taking the credit card reader has made it so now I have to make sure I have 30.00 in 1.00 bills, plus money on the card because I don't what I'm facing. And machines are never stocked so the visitors and myself don't have any inventory to choose from. "Kate " stated her list was 10 names long. The corrections officers told me they wished the companies would come get their machines because they're tired of the complaints. I suggested to "tom" a better vending macine, that spirals the food out, vs the doors. No comment...
