  The top section of cement driveway was done on April 1,2022. The bottom section was done April 4,2022. The mix of cement had more water in it and they made a stripe on top half due to the cement was too dry and they tried to fix it. The two sections did not match due to the mix of cement was 4 days apart with different trucks.When it dried it was more noticeable that the top and bottom of the driveway did not match and there was an added stripe in the middle of the two sections.We agreed on putting pavers where the stripe was and hoped it would help with the two sections not matching.Through the winter season the concrete aged and made the two sections more noticeably not matching. I contacted ************************* in an email which was not answered on Jan 17,2022.On March 17,2022 I received an answer that they couldnt guarantee the color and not acknowledging that the two sections of driveway were done 4 days apart with a different cement mix.::The driveway portion was $26,260.00.

  The sections of driveway were poured in two different trucks as the customer knew and agreed on was going to happen. If you look at the weather the bad weather the next day and then we couldn't come back until Monday the 4th as the plants are all closed on Sunday. The customer saw everything done said it was fine paid and we moved on. After the winter they were not happy and we came back and saw cut part of the driveway and replaced it with pavers to make it not noticeable and the customer agreed again that it was fine. The biggest and maybe funniest part of this whole entire complaint is that the ENTIRE job was ****** which we did a patio steps walkway porch and the driveway portion and border around the driveway which the customer kept when they got the driveway re-did by someone else. I need to look for notes itemized because my contract has one price for everything but I believe the driveway portion total was $7500.
