    In Feb 2022 I purchased two GrowGreen Flexible Hoses with a Lifetime Warranty. I purchased them from Amazon, (Amazon Vendor Ispy a Buy). One hose sprung a leak and I contacted GrowGreen. After some back and forth they honored the Lifetime Warranty and sent me a replacement. Recently the second hose sprung a leak and I contacted GrowGreen. They did not want to honor the Lifetime Warranty for various reasons. The latest being that the Amazon Vendor was not an authorized dealer. However, they did replace the one hose from the Amazon Vendor and at that time they evidently were authorized. They would not honor the Lifetime Warranty and told me to contact the seller. I did contact the seller as did Amazon but with no response. At this point Amazon says they cannot honor the Lifetime Warranty since they did not sell the product. My point to them was they have some responsibility when a vendor offers something like a Lifetime Warranty and does not want to honor it. They should not be an Amazon vendor.I went back to GrowGreen and was told they were not customer service (after many emails with them) and i would have to contact CS. However, they had to research the contact info?? and have not gotten back to me. I also contacted *********** which is where the replacement hose came from since their name is all over the packaging. Have not heard from them either. These are defective hoses as witnessed by many reviews. I did call the number for GrowGreen on the BBB website and they never answer--just a recording and you cannot leave a message.The Lifetime Warranty is all over--on the GrowGreen website, the product page on Amazon, the packaging the hose came in.

    Purchas a hose with a Lifetime warranty on "growgreen 50ft expandable hose"... hose sprung a leak, and now can't reach company to activate warranty.

    I purchased this hose purposely for how small it shrinks down for easy storage on my RV. I bought two hoses a couple years ago and one sprang a leak so I contacted growgreen and they sent a new one in a matter of days then the second hose gets a leak and they put me through the ringer and after a few complaints they finally sent me another. A third hose gets a leak in same area other hoses did and now wont acknowledge me whatsoever. If they want Ill mail them the leaking hose back to them, and I have to mention that another reason I purchased these hoses was because of lifetime warranty, thank you for taking time to read this

    I purchased the GrowGreen Heavy Duty Expandable Garden Hose, Strongest Garden Hose with Solid Brass Connector, Flexible Water Hose with Storage Sack (50 Feet) Sold by: ************* from amazon with a life time warrantee (*************************************************************************). I have contacted the company for a replacement or refund and have not received any word from the company. The email bounces back. The contact us page didn't even send a confirmation of receipt. The phone number [phone number: **************] is not monitored. I would like a replacement hose or a refund for the defective product. The inner hose is no longer attached to the brass fittings. All water comes out through the woven covering rather than traveling the length of the hose.

    I purchased a 50 feet "improved exapandable hose" with a "lifetime warranty" from Growgreen on Amazon. The hose has developed small leaks in the body of the hose. I sent the company photos of the leaking hose as well as proof of purchase. They refuse to honor the lifetime warranty because they had previously replaced the hose under warranty (for the same issue). These hoses appear to simply not last outside and relatively quickly develop small leaks in the fabric of the hose. The company is advertising a "lifetime warranty" on the hoses to give customers the impression that the hoses indeed last a long time. They don't and Growgreen is not standing behind its advertised warranty.
