    purchased a hose with a lifetime guarantee. Two years later the hose broke. Because the hose was discontinued, the did not honor the warranty. The also did not offer a refund or credit towards another item. Terrible! Do not use this company

    I bought three, 50 foot GrowGreen Expandable hoses from Amazon over the course of three years. All were listed as having a lifetime limited warranty. One has failed (the second purchase) after less than two years of careful usage. Now when trying to contact the company at GrowGreenBrands.com or the phone number listed on the BBB profile page for GrowGreen Brands, all I get is an answering machine message that seems unrelated to the company or a "site can't be reached" web response. Under no circumstance can I recommend this company or any product they sell or promote.

    I purchased two different sizes of the Heavy Duty Expandable Garden Hose from Way fair. Both expandable garden hose were defective. They linked water in several places. Each of them lasted less than a year. When I received them, they had a card with the warranty policy. It said, lifetime warranty. But, it was not clearly stated what lifetime warranty meant. It is not stated in the contact or on their website.I contacted the manager, ***** at ********** Brands . com, and Max ******* @ grow green brands . com, attached my sales receipt, a copy of the lifetime warranty, and several pictures of water squirting out the top and the sides of the defective Heavy Duty Expandable Garden Hoses. Below, I cut and pasted the response I receive via email.Hello *****,I understand your frustration with this issue, and I sincerely apologize that we are unable to process the replacement at this time. Based on our records, we have already honored our warranty for this product.Please note that our lifetime warranty specifically covers the original/first purchase only and does not extend to replacement orders.Thank you for your understanding.Best regards,*****

    Bought two of their 100 foot expandable hoses. Since the purchase I have had them both start leaking. Now I have one of the replacements leaking and they are refusing to replace it. They are also refusing to refund my money. Their website says the hoses have a lifetime warranty. It says nothing about the replacement not having a warranty. This business is c*** Their customer service is c*** They do not answer calls and they refuse to take care of a paying customer or give a refund. Lifetime warranty means lifetime. I will never do business with this company again. The only reason for 1 star is because I cannot leave zero stars.
