    I had requested an online quote to ship an auto from ********* to *****. Almost immediately after requesting the quote, my phone started ringing off the hook, text messages we coming in every minute and I started getting emails, all from Elite Auto Shipping. I have let them know on no less that 10 occasions that I do not need their service however the harassing e-mails and phone calls continue to this day. I was able to stop the text message but I cannot get this business to stop ringing my phone and filling up my e-mail box. Can you help me get these folks to stop harassing me?

    I went through a car hauler broker to have my 67 Fairlane hauled from ** to VA. The broker assured my my car would be picked up and delivered the same day. That was yesterday, the driver never showed and so I asked the broker for my $100 reservation back. He refused. Told me I MUST stay with his company. Very threatening. The company is Elite Auto Shipping ************* is their sales number and **************************************************** is the email. The broker threatening me is ***************************. Thank you.

    12/16/22 Elite Auto, through its **** ****** promised to pick up my vehicle for transport on 12/17/22 but ultimately could not find a driver. I found another company, and requested a refund of my $100 deposit. ***** and Elite Auto have so far refused. Order Number - ***********

    I was moving from ******* to ********* in June of 2022. I found a car shipping company (Elite Auto) that quoted me the price of 500. I put 200 down for a deposit. They then decided to go back on their word and change the price to 700. I stated I did not agree to this price and that if the original price is not honored I would like my deposit refunded so that I may take my business elsewhere. I was ghosted and never given a refund.

    We have a signed contract for a vehicle to be moved. They took the deposit and have never picked up the vehicle. They refuse to return the deposit. I would like the ****** back.

    On August 20, 2022, I signed the attached contract to have my car shipped from Charlestown, ** to ********* CA. The broker, *******************, called on 8/22/22 to let me know that they would be able to pick the car up on the 8/23/22, but the driver would need an additional $350. Elite auto failed to honor the contract and was unable to find a shipper within the 7-days outlined in the contract. I have requested a refund of my $150 deposit. After several phone calls a supervisor gave me an email to request a ***** refund. My money was not refunded. I called AGAIN and AGAIN! Now I was given a ***** refund request because the manager (*****?) said that the owner of the company was out of the country and unable to Zelle the money. After 8-days and more phone calls - still no refund! Zelle request was sent to a ********************************* request was sent to ************* ************ is an absolute nightmare!
