    I really appreciate work of ****** from Elite Auto Shipping, my car was picked up on time and delivered as we agreed with the carrier, I can recommend this company to anyone who wants to transport any kind of vehicle ??

    I have been working with Elite and done business with them, i was satisfied with their customer service. Around 1 month we were thinking how to transport our car from PA to CA and one of my friends recommended this company especially ****** he was very professional in this and located experienced driver, it was picked up early and delivered on time as we managed with my wife. Thanks again Elite Auto shipping!!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM! They lie about being able to pick up your car on the date you need then they call and up the price HUNDREDS. Good ol bait and switch. I should've known better. Plus they were so rude... Luckily I recorded him saying he will return my deposit so I disputed all that with my bank today and submitted every text, email and phone call... let see what happens. ***** and the wording of their contracts work in their favor when it comes to deposits but I'm not going to back down. they will get what's coming to them. also, the positive reviews they have are fake... Hopefully this helps someone not get scammed like I did. if the company wants you to use Zelle, cash app or pay pal to make a deposit payment and can't take your debit card that is a IMMEDIATE red flag and I am so upset with myself.. be smarter than me. please.

    They took a deposit via ******* and instantly stopped answering phone calls and emails. Never came to pick up vehicle. Only answered when I called from a friends phone and told me someone would be here first thing in the morning. It's 8:30pm and NOT A WORD

    Hi. I had a contract with Elite auto shipping from ************** to ********** $1300. When my vehicle got to **********, the driver called me to pay $1425. If I dont pay, I dont get delivered, driver said. Im afraid them could harm my vehicle so I paid them. I called the company and I didnt get any successful. Also they lied to me 3 times about delivery date that wasted my times waiting. Every times I called , they give me the driver phone numbers different and those drivers not answering the phones and not returning texts. When my vehicle delivered, it got scratched on the rear bumper. The driver called other drivers about any photos and I been waiting too long and I asked for paper to filled damages. The driver said I had to wait. Me and my wife decided not to wait anymore. I let the driver go. It took 22 days to get my vehicle delivered from **************. This company over charged, no updates, damaged during transport. Not good

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! I got a quote from them and told them I needed the automobile picked up by 1pm 12/23/22. They assured me that was not a problem. I told them we were from out of town and so we were coming there just to coordinate the pickup with the tow truck. He assured me that he is not a "broker" and had his own truck/drivers and could come by our allotted timeframe no problem.
    ***** said they needed a $100 reservation fee sent via ****** (only through Friends/Family option, not services/business option, which NOW I know why) in order to confirm the reservation. I sent the $100, after ONCE MORE confirming the pickup time. Again he said yes, and told me the driver would call me when he was on the way.
    1pm comes around and I still haven't heard anything so I reach out and he said oh because we had taken too long to make the deal the driver wouldn't be able to be there until 10pm or later!!! Once he got my $100 his story changed and now they would NOT be able to pick it up at the time requested. He told me to leave the car outside with the keys in the gas cap. This is an expensive antique car with expensive parts in it and there is no way that was happening! I told him that was not acceptable and that I needed him to abide by the terms we discussed. He said he would "fix the problem and look for another driver." to no avail and no contact.
    I asked for him to refund my ****** immediately to which he has not responded. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ****** and if you are brave enough to, make SURE you don't do it to friends/family like they request so you can get you money back quickly! I am going to dispute it with my credit card company. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I want my money back!!

    I got a quote and decided not to use them. They text, email, and call nonstop even after I told them to take me off their call, text, and email list. I get at least 1 email a day. Its been over 2 months. Its harassment at this point. Do not go with this company.

    I almost booked with them to ship my car. After I got scammed by a household moving company I knew better than to book with a company before doing a THOROUGH investigation including their BBB ratings! As consumers we have to look out for each other. Lots of bad businesses out there. :(

    Horrible.. HOW CAN THEY STILL BE IN BUSINESS?? Stole my deposit and wont return it.had to fly 1400 miles and drive it back myself. **** is a liar and will get what is coming to him.
