    Company lies about dates to get you to ship with them. Don't sign the contract because it gives them 7 days to find a driver for the price. The contract is in their favor. They say they have a driver and do not to bait and switch. THEY LIE!!!!!!!!

    Bait and switch. Started at a contract price of $625. On the day the truck was to be delivered they said the just found a driver that could do it for $1050. They have been stringing me along for 5 business days with no end in sight. They refuse to drop the contract, and no one else will touch it until they drop it. God knows when that might be.

    Absolutely scam company. So is their business partners. Never ever use thus company as they demand fees that are undisclosed! Absolutely horrible service! I gave 1 star only because it wouldn't let me give it zero! Don't deal with any companies that use their services either!

    Bait and Switch even with contract- Booked contract with them to ship a car approximately 350 miles. *** quoted 400 at first and then $350. Signed a contract for the $350 and it was clear that the deposit would be charged with my credit card at pickup, and balance charged when delivered. Driver arrived and wanted $400 cash. After repeated phone calls to several different numbers which some of these people were extremely rude and abrasive, I advised we would go get a bank draft and give the driver a check for $350 which was agreed upon on the contract and advised by my attorney. The broker ended up bombarding me with text messages some of which were very rude while my husband was out getting the bank draft. I had to end up blocking them on my phone. I also had to cancel my credit card so it would not be charged. I would be very careful with this company. The dispatch guys were actually great, but the brokers they work with are very dishonest and unethical.

    ******* - I requested a quote and they text me the same message over and over without answering any questions that I have. I was even called and left a threatening message. I finally responded and asked to stop messaging me but I keep getting the same message over and over.

    Elite Auto Shipping promised that my vehicle would be picked up within 2 days of being forced to sign a contract, then charged me more than what was documented on the contract as a deposit and then never picked up my car. When I attempted to get my money back they lied to the credit company and stated they provided services. THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY

    Total scammer. DO NOT USE this company. Very dishonest. We had a signed contract and then they tried to up the price by $800 to which I refused. They are Russian or ********* and barely speak English. The guy that delivered our vehicle didn't check the streets before driving down and because I couldn't understand anything he said, he drove down our street and almost got stuck. I could have met him somewhere else had the company used a maps system to look at our area or if I could have understood where he was. Total disaster and very stressful.

    This is an unprofessional business. They have continuous delays and expect customers to place everything on hold awaiting for their arrival. They dont compensate people for the inconvenience of their time delays. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They dont value their customers at all.

    This broker is a scammer. Lying both to customers and carriers, forging signatures and agreements. Blackmailing with negative rating to receive money. Order ID: ********************************** dispatched the order to ** without signing a contract with the customer and never let customer know that driver is coming to pick up. Upon delivery, after we asked for payment, customer mentioned they never signed the contract with the Broker. Broker also sent us Agreement with the customer, but signature was forged and signed from IP address in *********.
