      ************ is a rental property. We currently live in ********** and have made numerous efforts to contacts Casa Bella Property Management. They have an answering machine that tells you they will call you back and never do. We have been trying to make our HOA payment but the only website they provided does not provide us the amount. We know there are late fees racking up, but how do they expect us to pay/pay on time if they do not return any ones call.

      With reference to the above email.  Please be advised that we do not have a ************************* listed as a homeowner at ****************  We cannot provide information to anyone that calls our office.  We only received one message from this individual.  Our office is open and calls are returned in order of urgency.  We are a management company that takes in calls of property damage and repair requests.  Balances can be obtained in various ways including access to the owners accounts.  If **************** is calling on behalf of someone she would need a notarized letter allowing us to give her information.  Thank you
