      I am the owner of a condo that Casa Bella Property management has been handling. ******* has for years been leaking inside my condo, I complain, they send a roofer who patches it up until the next rain fall. My condo has been leaking so severly, that the mattress, closet, carpets have all been destroyed. I have been calling the management, they wont ************* anymore, emailing them, they are counting how many times I have emailed them. Their answer is the roofer will do it when the weather is permitting. Will not allow us to speak directly to the roofer, will not allow us to get our own roofer, will not fix any damage inside the unit. Their answer is go to your insuarance. I payed $ 850/years for 3 years to fix other units balcony, meanwhile when I have a problem, the management does not want to address it. I will persuade anyone wanting to buy ******** where Casa Bella property management is doing business to read this and think hard before buying. I am a very patient person, but they have gone just too far.

      ******** is an atrocious example of a human being. She is a discriminating, dismissive, money hungry individual who threatens clients over the phone and then plays victim over emails. She has made multiple mistakes with multiple HOA balances, discriminated me, verbally assaulted me regarding my employment, and then made bias comments regarding my employment and my self when asking to sit down with her to go over paperwork to solve a issue that could have been avoided by her not being nasty to begin with.If you cannot handle being a HOA property manager my suggestion is to hang up your keys or learn how to give paying homeowners respect, due diligence, and positive customer service.Your reviews of actual home owners show how professional your atrocity of an office is run.

      We are responding to this matter this is a legal matter handled by an attorney. I was a witness to the legal action and I believe that I am being harassed by this homeowner in a community I manage for the reason that they do not pay their common charges. I do not collect the money for myself it is collected on behalf of the Condominium where this person resides. I did not know her employment until she announced it and I felt threatened because she stated she was coming to my office without asking for an appointment. She was forcing herself into my place of business!! When she announced that she was an NYPD officer I felt MORE threatened. She continued to call my office and then tried to say that I was biased toward her employment. I have followed the procedures of the Condominium and I am being berated and harassed due to my being a witness to this homeowners trial in small claims.
