The apparel was designed for free by the Wooter team and arrived in about 3 weeks. The quality of the apparel was better than I expected. Will be ordering again.

You can work with the designer and sales rep, and they guide you through the entire customization process to get everything just the way you want it. The customer service is really helpful and kind. 5 starsIt was a surprisingly quick and seemless experience with wooter apparel. I did not know that there was a way to get quality customized apparel in wholesale price. Note :- the apparel is customized so we need to have realistic expectations with turn around times.Review fromMelanie B

1 starI ordered shirts for my team and after one wash they were destroyed without even wearing them. They are offering to provide the same shirts which will just be ruined again. My team is disappointed after working hard to fundraise for them and now the season has already started so it will be over before we get new ones. We have asked for a full refund and it has been refused. We were prior customers but will not be returning to use this company again after going back and forth for 2 months in calls and emails, many unreturned.Review fromRebecca S

1 starI ordered new team uniforms over a year ago. I did not want shorts only jerseys. They charge me for shorts and jerseys and refused to refund the money for the shorts. Not only that they are extremely difficult to get in touch with and get anybody on the phone, including the **** When we could finally get in touch with someone, they were very unprofessional and were not willing to refund us our money. This organization is a scam and completely unprofessional. If I could give it a rating lower than zero I absolutely would if you care about how business is done and getting ***************** do not use this company. We still do not have the money that is owed to us and it has been over a year and a half since the transaction happened.
