  When ordering my nearly $7000 order I was advised that my order would be here on or before a specific date and paid over $900 to have that guarantee. I did not receive my products in time and after receiving my baseball pants we noticed that they were almost all way to small. I contacted my sales rep and he let me know that they would work on it. Here we are six weeks later and no resolution. I have been contacted by multiple people, but when I want a refund for the pants, no one gets back to you. They did offer a remake, but they wouldnt be done before our season ended. I have never dealt with a company with such terrible communication and/or customer service. You would thought they would have tried to resolve this especially since I mentioned I was hoping to make this a lifetime partnership with my organization.

  I don't know and Wooter can't tell me either, apparently.I'm 7 days past the stated delivery window end date and still don't have my order or even a tracking number. ****, no one can even tell me if they were ever produced.There is no sense of customer service with this company or anyone employed I've had an interaction with. And even then, it's been pulling teeth to find someone... the phone number for "service" just rings and rings, never goes to VM or has anyone pick up. If you opt for 'new sales' as a work around, they are unable to transfer you anywhere - just "slack" a team member to look into the issue and maybe get back to you the next day.The designer was great and the sales rep, good prior to the closed sale. I was feeling optimistic about this dye-sub company. But not anymore unfortunately.I will be calling my credit card company and filing a case for fraud against the transaction. Do NOT work with this company unless you don't need your order until the following year - maybe it will show up by then /_(?)_/

  We ordered backpacks and they were quickly shipped to us. They look great. Hoping to work with them again for apparel. *** has been very understanding and patient. Thanks so much for being awesome!

  Have been told they would be back in touch with me. They we're responsive until I paid for my order. Now I'm getting the run around. Paid a rush order fee of $200. Gave them the deadline that I needed my order. They did not even attempt to get me my order in time. Deadline was yesterday. Then told me it would ship out today. That I would get a tracking number sent to me. NOTHING. Over $1300 spent and we won't have our uniforms for our first game. Also gave me a package deal. Then over charged me. Instead of refunding me the money. They credited my account. Absolute has been a joke.
