  ***** ******* calling my place of business 100 times per day. She's an atrocious person who does not know how to communicate. Lack of professionalism. She has been harassing our place of business for the past two weeks, due to a returned check. This is no way to conduct business. She should be fired immediately. I'm filing a complaint at the police prescint for her continue harassment at our place of business.

  My mother has used Payomatic for over 13 years. She has an InPower debit Mastercard. These people have asked for vital personal information that was sent multiple times to their corporate headquarters and the card services. I spent $325 sending faxes because I dont own a fax machine, this was to help my mother get the $2538.00 that is trapped on this Payomatic card. We have done everything these people have asked us to do. Yesterday they called my mother and said she could take money out at any ATM in *************** where she now resides with her son. This was not the case I have gone back and forth phone call after phone call fax after fax and nothing has been resolved. This is her SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY that Payomatic has now kept from her. This is FRAUD and theft by deception. She has sent a Florida state ID. And all the proper paperwork needed to reclaim her money, and yet more excuses. I will be taking up legal matters to *** this company for frauding social security benefits that belong to my Mother. Today we finally recorded all interactions for civili suit. I will file in and ** and *******. And just think they begged my mother to sign a petition so they could stay in business last summer. This has been nothing but mental anguish for the my mother who is 75 and suffers from visual impairments. I helped with every piece of paperwork filled out. These people even asked for my ID I sent it happily knowing this would help me build a case against them. Also they admitted the card wont work in *******. Sincerely, a concerned Son

  I made an error with a purchase; the purchase was for a flight. I got an email from Delta saying they cancelled and it may take up to 7 days for refund to post, all depends on the bank. InPower card has a hold for 20 Days. They have a right to hold my money for 20 days when its obvious Delta wont take that money. They have comments restricted on ************* And to cover themselves, its in the fine print that no one ever reads. Why should we question the timeframe of a refund when its never been a 20 Day hold with a cancelled transaction? Id expect that on a CHECK DEPOSIT! Ill never use them again. I suggest you be very careful in making flight, cruise, rentals and hotels reservations. If you make an error, and thats all you had, they wont care. Youll have to wait 20 DAYS FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE RELEASED. I desire to curse but Im self regulating my emotions! They will read their script to you about holds on account, repeatedly.

  I attempted to use their Coinstar machine and had fed a significant amount of money when it broke down. It prompted me to speak to the store employee. The employee ********, however, refused to help at all. She said that she was the only employee working and could not leave her spot. While understandable, she gave no other solution or proposal, all but telling me to abandon my money. This goes against the fiscal responsibilities of a financial services institute. I had no option but to leave the place with lost money. Furthermore, the employee was rude and condescending. Stay away from this place.

  Today 2/10/23, I was charged randomly from my card in the am. I have no account with ********************** and they gave no explanation how the money was taken from my account.

  Payomatic is a check cashing store that's trying to be a part of the ?? banking industry, system and business. My complaint about is about on July 5th, 2022 @ approximately 3PM, I, ******************************, an account holder, tried to transfer funds from one Payomatic checking account to an outside checking account in the amount $100.00 and the amount nevered was never received by the other bank ??. Nor do they know about the transaction that was being made to receive an amount for $100. For 2 days, I haven't received a transaction from Payomatic, with an amount of $100 dollars placed inside my other checking account and I checked with the other check cashing store explaining the transference, when I did it and how soon I should've received it. I called so many phone numbers and all I get is the run around and no satisfaction at all. I highly recommend for anyone not to use this business. They're bad for business and they don't honor customer problems professionally and they need to stay out of the banking business and just simply cash checks and let the real banks ?? take care of real serious banking business.

  ******* card keeps blocking my purchases, after calling them more than 6 separate instances, they said they will fix the issue. I only use it for the same thing every time, ***** App Store. They make me wait an hour before I can try again.
