    Pain suffering after 9 yrs ended now with *************** and ********************* telling me to go to somewhere else when their implants failed from improper plan of care and wrong teeth were extracted to fit their plan of care . Insurance funds absorbed and patient funds as well . I'm drained. Improper fittings of bridges crowns ...abusive treatment in extractions of faulty implants .... 3 court cases currently in progress from 3 separate patients all with a common issue . ********************* is non confrontational has his workers as his go between. Staff has changed hands numerous times...they come and go as with one yr they accept Insurance the other payment from patients only . One year in network the other out of network. False advertisements. Not proficient in follow up cosmetic needed from their plan. ....messages aren't responded to...had technician perform services without dental license the counts of wrongs go on and on. Island dental associates and shine dental associates are same owners . I have no front bottom and top teeth when once had a beautiful smile. Details are available through attorneys. It's sad when a patient puts trust faith and confidence in a practice only to end up deformed, financially drained , indignant no accountability on the part of ********************* and ***************. .I don't wish them harm but wish a change in what the right thing to do for the patients request. How can the owners enjoy their lives of luxury , when they made quality of life a nightmare of pain suffering frustration no restitution wrong doings to their patients .There is a day of reckoning for all.
