Exactly as everyone else has said, they conned me into the multiyear deal on my first show and aren't letting me opt out of this year's show as they told me I could on the phone originally last year. $1500 for a show that's 4 months away, that they tricked me into signing a contract for by skipping all the cancellation details on the phonecall. Then I get on the phone with ****** ******** today who just gaslit me saying she explained everything perfectly a year ago and wouldn't let me out of the show fee. Look at the other 14 1-star reviews, ******, you're completely insane. Absolutely immoral, inhuman trash at ACS LLC. Stay far away.

If you want to do a bridal show, do literally any other one than ACS. Their business practices are shady, they over promise and under deliver, and they do not care about your ROI only their own bottom line. If you have a problem, they could care less. Their bridal shows are free to attend so the quality of leads is terrible - lots of tire-kickers. Their leads list isn't even for those in attendance. $1600 for a leads list? No thanks. The show is overwhelming for both attendees and exhibitors...you're better off doing a smaller show where you can have meaningful connections with potential clients instead of a "cattle call". Leads mean nothing unless they're qualified - worry more about your conversion rate.

They lie to you to sign a contract, saying that they give you a discount for a first show, but really what they do is lock you in to more than one show, and then harass you to pay a balance along with an interest rate and try to force you to do a show. Even if your business is failing, they still want to take everything you have after you told them youre already closing your business. I would never work with this company, nor would I abide by any of their harassing and threatening letters to take me to court over something that is not what I originally said I wanted to do.

    Dear **. ******,
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, but find it necessary to address your complaint to ensure the full picture is explained. ACS produces hundreds of nationwide bridal & wedding expos and home improvement shows. We have thousands of satisfied vendors and consumers that attend our events.
*********** ******** purchased a booth at *** ***** ****** *** ******* **** in ** ******* ** , fall 2021. You signed a multi-year contract which placed you in the fall 2022 show. As stated on your contract, the multiyear commitment cancel date was no later than 8/1/2022. You had from the day after the November 2021 show all the way up until 8/1/2022 to opt out of your commitment with no penalty, no cancellation fee, no obligation… no questions asked. You did not exercise your right to cancel therefore are obligated to pay for the booth space. After the cancel date, we do not accept cancellations as per the terms and conditions of your contract. Your company refused to honor it’s obligation to pay for the 2022 booth space, stating that you are out of business. We are sorry to hear that, but unfortunately that does not relieve you from your obligation to pay your debt. Your account was sent to an outside collections agency after you declined our efforts to resolve the matter with you.
We wish you the best of luck in the future.
    Kind regards,
    American Consumer Shows
