We contracted with ATTYX in June of 2024 for roof and solar install. Work began in September of 24 and install was complete early November of 2024. However, the solar inspection has not occurred and no PTO is close to being issued. ATTYX didnt interact with KIUC here on ***** until after install. There has been issues with the specs. ATTYX promised to reimburse us for our KIUC bills and ENFIN payments until we obtain PTO and system is activated. They paid a month of bills, but are now four months behind. We cant get anyone to answer our emails, especially our designated project manager. We are trying to reach out to ownership but there is no contact information.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this delay has caused. We understand how important timely communication and follow-through areespecially when it comes to a large investment like your solar project.
Your project has indeed faced delays related to coordination with KIUC, which impacted the post-installation review and approval process. While this should have been initiated earlier, we acknowledge the oversight and the resulting setbacks. We're actively working with **** to resolve the specification issues and move the project toward inspection and PTO (Permission to Operate) as quickly as possible.
Regarding the reimbursement agreement for your KIUC bills and ENFIN payments during this period: we recognize that we are behind on those commitments. One month of reimbursements was issued, but we understand this does not meet the full obligation. We take that seriously and are reviewing your account now to calculate and issue the remaining balance owed.
We also want to apologize for the lack of communication you've experiencedespecially with your assigned project manager. That is not the standard we strive for, and were currently reviewing our internal handling of your project.
We are committed to completing your project and restoring your confidence in our service.

We were quoted for 15 panels for our 3000 sq. ft. house. We didn't know any better, we trusted that the guy who came to our house knew what he was doing and would put the correct amount of panels on our house to cover our electric bill- like he promised. ( I know that they will say they don't "guarantee" that, but it is what is promised by the salesman to make this all worth it.) Since then We still have had a **** **** of over $200 luckily this is during the promotional period for now. We have tried reaching out to EVERYONE we can think of to get this resolved and no one is being helpful. They have said we can purchase new panels, but that shouldn't be on us. It was their miscalculations that underquoted us on panels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how frustrating this situation has been and want to sincerely apologize for the challenges you've encountered. At ATTTX, we take customer feedback seriously and are committed to working toward a fair and transparent resolution.
Regarding your solar system size: While we strive to design systems that closely match each households usage, final production depends on many variablesroof size, shading, panel orientation, and local utility limitations. It's true that we cannot guarantee 100% offset, and this is noted in the agreement; however, we understand your expectations were shaped by your initial conversations, and we want to acknowledge that experience and the impact its had.
If the system is not meeting your energy needs, thats a valid concern. While adding additional panels can help address the shortfall, we understand that being asked to pay for more equipmentafter already trusting the original sizingdoesn't feel fair. Our goal is to explore what solutions may be available to help without putting undue burden on you.
To better understand the gap between your systems production and your current usage, we kindly ask that you send us a copy of your most recent utility bill. This will allow our team to evaluate the actual performance and determine the best next steps.
Thank you again for your patience. Were committed to working with you toward a resolution that reflects your concerns and restores your confidence in our company.

I believe that i was overcharged for solar panels/Hvac by this company. I was approved for almost S106,000 in april of last year. They used up all the money and stated to the finance company that they also did my roof and charged me for it using up all the money, yet they did not give me a new roof. The representative who came to my house lied about the amount of money i would be paying and also the type of service i would get if something is wrong with my Hvac units. I called for repair which they suppose too provide and they are not able to say when they will send a technician. Its my third attempt to get help. They last time i called they told me send a photo of the problem. Getting the rebate is a problem also because they will not provide an itemized bill only the contract which concealed the amount of money that i would be paying. I asked for a manager or supervisor they refused to give me names or numbers. They are scammers and these people need to be stopped. The are preying on innocent vulnerable people. I will definitely file a lawsuit. It does not make any sense getting solar panels and the cost of what im paying plus my electricity bills exceed instead of decrease. I am not saving. i have more expense and they stated that i would be saving money in the long run. They need to be stopped and i believe with all these ccomplaints something will be done.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *** ******** ******* complaint regarding her solar and HVAC project with ATTYX. We appreciate the chance to provide clarity and address the concerns raised.
Project ******************************* *************** *** ***** entered into a legally binding agreement with ATTYX on June 15, 2024, for a comprehensive project, which included:
? Solar energy system installation (3.78 kW system)
? HVAC system upgrades (including multiple mini-split AC units and related components)
? All work financed through a third-party lender with a total project cost of $104,100
The signed contract explicitly details all components of the project, including:
Solar PV system specifications and warranties
      HVAC equipment details and exclusions
Standard disclosures regarding tax credits and rebates
Payment structures, with $96,100 financed and $8,000 as a down payment
      Response to Specific Allegations:
      Roof Work
The signed agreement clearly outlines the scope of work, which did not include a full roof replacement.
*** ***** acknowledged the scope in writing by signing the contract and associated addendums.
Any roof work performed was incidental to the solar installation (e.g., securing penetrations), as supported by industry standards and the contract terms.
Alleged Overcharging and Deceptive Sales Practices
The project costs were disclosed in full, and *** ***** signed both the detailed contract and the required Generation System Disclosure Form, which states:
This contract does not guarantee savings. This contract does not guarantee production.
The agreement also emphasizes that tax credits or rebates are not guaranteed and advises consultation with a tax professional.
All documentation was reviewed and signed by *** ***** electronically, with clear time-stamped records.
      HVAC Service Concerns
Our records show *** ***** has submitted recent ************ requests. While we strive for prompt service, we have experienced high service volumes.
Our team requested photos to help expedite troubleshooting, which is a standard industry practice to ensure efficient resolution.
We remain committed to completing any valid warranty-related repairs.
Documentation for Tax Incentives and Rebates
ATTYX provides signed contracts and disclosures sufficient for tax or rebate applications.
An itemized invoice beyond the executed contract is not required for incentive eligibility and is not part of our standard documentation, as outlined in the agreement.
Allegations of Misrepresentation and Predatory Behavior
ATTYX denies any claims of scamming or deceptive practices.
*** ***** voluntarily signed all agreements, which explicitly disclaim guaranteed savings and emphasize the homeowner's responsibility to seek independent tax advice.
      The signed documents also state:
No employee or representative of ATTYX is authorized to make any promise to Homeowner that is not contained in this contract.
      Conclusion:
ATTYX has fulfilled its contractual obligations to *** ****** We are addressing her ************ concerns and will continue to honor valid warranty commitments. However, based on the signed, legally binding agreements, no refund or cancellation is warranted.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter and remain available to assist *** ***** within the terms of the agreement.

A salesman name **** **** came to my house which I actually never made an appointment with. He said he was a 1/2 hour away. I said this is not a good time. He replied with " your'e kidding me, I just came all the way from ***********". I felt bad but I said ok. When my husband came home he was not happy. This man was sooo pushy. My husband, is a skeptic about everything he was drilling **** for over an hour. I should have known from his first remark to me that he was a pushy person. All he kept telling me was "you are exactly like my wife. He told, **** we would get anew roof and solar for $23,000. I have been researching solar for 2 years and I . I asked what would be the payments a month. I told him we would be selling my house in under 5 years to retire he had all the right answers. He said we would be getting back $55,000 back in taxes. LIE!!! My husband and I are 62 years old we will be paying this loan off till we die. **** said he would think about it for a ******, **** said ok but lets get your credit score and c if you qualify. When we qualified for a $75,000 loan he said ok we can sign some papers and you have 24 hours to cancel. LIE you can not. After he got us never heard from him again. I could go on and on. I have many texts to provde what I am saying..

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take customer feedback seriously and are committed to addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
We sincerely apologize if you felt pressured during your interaction with our representative. It is never our intention to make any customer feel uncomfortable or rushed into a decision. Our team is trained to be respectful, transparent, and informative during every consultation. We are actively reviewing this matter internally to ensure our sales practices continue to meet high ethical standards.
Regarding the loan and contract process: we would like to clarify that all solar agreements include a federally required cancellation notice, typically allowing for cancellation within three business days, not 24 hours. This information is included in the contract documents and explained during the signing process. We understand there may have been a miscommunication, and we’re happy to review the documents with you directly to provide further clarification.
The estimated tax incentives discussed during solar consultations are based on general eligibility under the federal solar tax credit program (ITC). However, each homeowner's tax situation is unique, and we always recommend consulting a licensed tax professional for personalized advice. We apologize if the potential benefits were misunderstood or not explained thoroughly enough in your case.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and provide supporting screenshots. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
We recognize that certain verbal representations during the sales process may have led to expectations regarding your monthly payments and the elimination of your utility bill. While our goal is always to be transparent and helpful during those initial discussions, we also understand how these conversations can sometimes result in confusion, especially when not all details are formalized in writing.
Additionally, the proposal provided during the sales process is presented as an estimate—a tool to help guide decisions based on available information at the time. Final performance depends on several variables, including actual usage, shading, weather, and utility rates, all of which can affect how closely your system offsets your electric bill.
That said, we want to ensure you're not left feeling unsupported. We kindly request a copy of your most recent utility bill and any solar production data you’ve received so far. This will allow us to compare system output against expectations and determine whether additional action is warranted.
We’re also reviewing the text communications and internal documentation to identify any breakdowns in process or communication, and we’ll address any findings accordingly.
We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to work through this with you.

I went with ATTYX to do my solar system and roof work which cost about $80,000.00 but they did not complete the job. **** ****** there salesman who introduce ATTYX to us and said he would help us through the whole process just got his sale and dumped us into his file bin and did not return any calls emails and commitments he made. They did not complete my roof by eliminating the roof vents and not adding it back making our home become a hotbox, thats from what I can see visually but beneath the roof shingles I dont know if anything was done at all being they cant keep there commitments and doesnt respond or check up on if the job is complete. There were no inspectors or final inspection at all , I emailed and called for months but no response and no one ever came back to my home to check anything. Also the batterys were drilled to my home leaving screws pertruding through my wall which caused injuries to people in my home.Through this whole process being that it cost a lot of money that I dont have to waste , after the first couple 2-3 visits to sign papers no one ever came back to check up on anything not even **** who said he would be here through all the work. I even had to extend to file taxes because they didnt send any tax papers which made it stressful not knowing what would happen. I am in the process of going through a lawyer being that we spent almost eighty thousand dollars and the job was incomplete. I feel I shouldnt have to pay for a roof that wasnt completely finished

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a misleading rebate offer presented during my recent purchase. The sales representative assured me that I would receive a [rebate amount was $21,300 federal tax and $ ***** by the State, ***** other incentive] upon buying [Solar panel by attyx], which influenced my decision to complete the transaction. However, after following up, I was informed that the rebate does not apply or that the terms were misrepresented. This deceptive practice is unacceptable. Date: 06/04/2025

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the matter.
During the sales process, our representatives inform customers about the availability of federal and state tax incentives that may be available to eligible homeowners through government programsnot through Attyx. These incentives are not rebates issued by our company but are instead tax credits that are claimed when filing your annual income tax return.
      To clarify:
The $21,300 federal tax credit is part of the ****************** Tax Credit (ITC) for solar energy systems. This is a non-refundable tax credit and the actual benefit depends on a customers individual tax liability. If you do not owe enough in taxes to take full advantage of the credit in one year, it can often be rolled over to subsequent tax years.
The $5,000 state incentive mentioned may refer to state-level programs, which also vary based on eligibility, income, and program availability. These are likewise not guaranteed rebates but programs you must apply for independently.
We understand that this information can sometimes be confusing, which is why our sales materials include disclaimers, and our team is trained to explain that these are government-administered programsnot cash rebates issued by Attyx. We also provide customers with documentation needed to claim the federal tax credit, but the actual application and approval of credits are handled between the homeowner and their tax professional or state agency.
We do regret any misunderstanding and are happy to assist you in ensuring you have the correct documentation to pursue the incentives you're eligible for. However, we are not able to issue refunds or credits for incentives not administered by Attyx and not included in your contract as guaranteed rebates.
Please contact our customer support team if you would like help locating the documents you need for your tax preparer.

Attyx installed solar panels on my house Oct. 2024. I was promised tax credits for the panels. It is June, 2025 and the panels are still not operating. The company promises to send a technician but no one has arrived. I am left with the loan payment for the panels that do not work. I have contacted the company many times each time with a promise to fix the problem. And again the solar panels still are not working. At this point I would like the panels to be working and for others to be warned about Attyx not meeting the terms of the agreement. Attyx claims an A rating from the Better Business Bureau. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and provide important clarification regarding the timeline and our actions.
The customers ********************** system received Permission to Operate (PTO) on May 12, 2025. On May 22, 2025, the customer notified us that the system appeared to be experiencing an issue. In line with our standard operating procedure, we immediately provided self-troubleshooting steps that could help resolve the issue quickly.
When the initial troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, we opened a service ticket and began coordinating a technician visit. We are still in the process of scheduling that visit, and while we understand and regret the delay, the time elapsed is still within our service window. We are actively working to get this resolved and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
We also want to clarify that Attyx does not actively monitor customers systems after *** is granted. As such, we rely on customers to report any issues, as was done here, and we responded accordingly.
Regarding the customers concern about federal tax credits: since the system was installed and given PTO in 2025, the customer will be eligible to claim the federal tax credit during the 2025 tax season, which begins in early 2026. These credits are not issued or managed by Attyx but are claimed directly by the homeowner when filing their federal taxes. We provide the required documentation, but the homeowner must apply for the credit through their tax filing.
We remain committed to completing this service visit and ensuring the customers system is operating as expected. Our team will follow up directly once the appointment is confirmed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] ATTYX has been supposedly working to fix the problem for months. Still the problem has not been fixed. The solar panels were installed in Oct. and this is June. This says to me that ATTYX does not plan to fix the problem and have the repairs made. I have also made loan payments on a system that is not operational. If ATTYX is serious about fixing the problem then send a technician to repair the system.

We want to assure the customer that we are actively working on scheduling a technician to address and resolve the issue. While we understand that the process has taken longer than expected, we are committed to seeing the matter through to resolution.
We do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. Attyx remains committed to standing behind our work, and we will continue to coordinate with the customer until the system is operating as expected.

I was misguided that these solar panels would save me money and would cost less than what I am currently paying ($175). I am now being charged triple and will not be able to survive. I was told that I have to wait for the government to post forms for assistance with payment. I have worked extremely hard at lowering my monthly bills and fixing my credit. This is taking a toll on my mental and physcial health.

      Dear ****,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear about the distress this situation has caused you, and we want to assure you that we take your experience very seriously.
Our goal is always to help our customers save money and transition to clean energy in a way that is both financially and environmentally beneficial. We understand how frustrating it must be to feel that the system is not currently delivering the savings you expected.
To clarify, your solar system installation was completed in 2025, which means you may be eligible for federal tax credits associated with that tax year. These credits are typically claimed when you file your 2025 taxes in 2026. While we understand that this timing can be difficult, especially if you were expecting immediate savings, we want to ensure you're equipped with the information needed to take advantage of these incentives.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to working with you and ensuring you receive the full benefits of your solar investment.
      Sincerely,
      ******* *****

The salesman made false claims in my living room and did not provide the required documents so that I could make a knowledgeable decision before installation. I am not able to participate in the program that they are part of and would have known had the sales person provided what I requested.

**** ***** was my sales person. He came to my home for a consultation about adding solar to my home .. he ran my credit and informed me I was denied .. we discussed the possibility of my paying for the first half of the cost in cash .. they send me an invoice .. I was trying to wire the money but I could now so I put a down payment of 5000$ on my credit card .. the very next day another company came and gave me an estimate ran my credit and I was accepted .. I decided to go with the company who would finance my project and not have to dish out ****** $ I informed the salesman of this Upon his return from his vacation 3 days later.. and now he tries to tell me that the consultation was not free and that they would keep most of my 5000$ I then turned to his supervisor Alexx and he assured me that my funds would be returned .. he said they would send a check for 4000 then a few days later later 1000$ After weeks of waiting I called to inform him that the money did not arrive .. he simply hung the phone up on me .. then I received a bill from the company stating I owe them the 5000 dollars because of the consultation .. I believe that we all know this not to be true and that I have the right to change my mind about using a solar company who is expecting ******$ from me in cash .. please I implore you to kindly return my funds this has caused me numerous hardships and my next step is to file a claim in courts I will not allow ***** and his supervisor to misappropriate my funds nor punish me for not moving forward with this company .. they are resorting to plain blatant lies .. I suggest we end this ridiculous situation and not allow it to go any further .. i expect 100% of my money return ASAP THANK YOU MUCH ***** *****
