      The Company ATTYX mislead information about the price of the Soar Panel. That I should get a rebate on tax that the governor was helping with a new roof with solar panels. That I should get back ****** help me with the bill. Which is ****** Financial Misinformation given in accurate, loan arrangement.

      I would give this business less than one star if I could. When we started our bundled (solar, roof and ****) project we felt great. We read great reviews, and they honestly talked a good talk. They were able to answer all my questions to my standards, worked around my schedule (during the initial prep of the project) and honestly felt professional. Late summer, contractors showed up and started. First they tore off my roof, a project that took a longer than expected time. Next they installed the **** and roof. The roof is crooked (noticeable because of the solar panel installation had to have adjustments to be attached (also crooked, but only because the roof being crooked). We went to use the **** (ac), it worked for a few days, and the sub-contractor had to return to repair it and add refrigerant. On to winter. We go to use our **** (heat), and it is not working. Attyx sent a sub-contractor out again, the heating part was unrepairable with parts on hand so new parts needed to be ordered (taking long period of time). The companies "fix" for the time was to get us space heaters, raising my pge bill. remember, this is a brand new system. Now summer, (almost a year later) and the ** is out again. A new contractor was hired to take out the system and put in a new one, bring the project to code...bla, bla, bla. Here I sit, listening to portable AC units, that I had to buy, after being told I would be reimbursed (something that probably won't happen) waiting for my new system, in a heat wave. Since February, I have had to pay on my loan, even though the project is not complete, having been reimbursed after the company acknowledged that it was an issue. I was told that my project was solar, and that was signed off in May, so it "complete" in their eyes. They failed to put in a generator switch, something that was agreed upon in emails and phone convos, I am paying a loan for a incomplete project, false promises, shady work, not quality control...

      Stay far away. These guys are the worst. They damaged my ceiling, promised me they were gonna fix it, then once they got paid they told me they not gonna do the repairs. They told me its in the contract that they didnt have to fix interior repairs. The reps are super rude and they give you the run around after they get your money. The work they do isnt up to par. We failed inspection on the work they did. Once they get your money their whole attitude changes and they are just terrible. Stay far away!!!!! Do not do business with them. They took advantage of of my elderly mother. Paid her to give them a good review that they wrote themselves. They are a fraud. Do not to business with them. They **** bigtime! I wish we never got involved with them.

      Its been two years I have the solar system which was installed by this company.,I am so happy very much happy that I did. Their professionalism is highly appreciated. If you need any assistance afterwards they are just one phone call away. Really worth it.

      I definitely agree with the last Review by ****** and so thankful I did not proceed with the wild and unrealistic promises made by one ****** ***** .. the salesman was beyond agressive & manipulative after I stupidly disclosed that I had made some money in crypto .. he created false narratives, assured me that my application for credit was denied ..I wanted solar for I believe in being as green as possible .. he proposed that I pay 28.500$ in cash.. project costing 57.000$I regretfully put 5000$ down The very next day another solar company applied and I was given the credit to obtain my solar This salesperson *** was unavailable being in *****, was informed of my decision to go with the other company upon his return 3 days later .. they proceeded to attempt to keep my 5000$ Started lying about cost for the consultations.. this happened February 3rd and I they have yet to return my funds .. **** Smiths supervisor Alexx promised and reassured me that they would return my money .. LOL that never happened when I call he simply hangs the phone up on me .. now they have created an invoice to justify not returning my 5000$ PLEASE if theres a customer alive who has ever paid 5000 dollars for a solar consultation please inform me that I am wrong for wanting my money back .. I truly believe these people have misappropriated my funds and I will continue to gather all documents to sue this company for emotional distress character assassination and theft of funds .. I would be extremely careful dealing with this lot .. its amazing how far down the gutter some solar companies will go. Solar company salespeople will say anything for a sale nowadays & looks a lot like scammers nowadays in so many ways .. ATTYX SOLAR COMPANY I DEMAND MY FUND PLUS ALL INTEREST ACCRUED once I file my suit I will not settle

      Very poor Customer service..at times rude..I was very dissatisfied with workers, very chaotic.. project took 1 yr to complete,( sales person misleading..Sales pitch New roof.. No money up front tax incentives..lower ************** e signing contract.on laptop..work started.I asked for a hard copy..The financial contract stated the loan was for $56,700.00..payments $****** for 18 months..after 18 months the payment would be $545! WHO in their right mind would agree to that? with 10% interest.. I made payments of ****** from May-Dec 2024 to January and Feb.. They reimbursed me because i was still paying Con ** (because the work wasnt completed. here we are in March the panels were just cleared for operation ************ ATTYX IS A SCAM..I am a widowed Senior.. I cant afford these paymentsthe worst experience ever!

      I am very happy with my experience so fagr with Attyx, I got my roof replaced and the guys got the job done in one afternoon. The solar install happened even faster I was very surprised how quickly they worked
