The faulty sub pump was installed causing flooding in my basement. They are not cooperative to change or replace the subpump. I left 3 messages and spoke with the owner but no luck. The pump should be covered by warranty but they are not doing anything. I don't recommend this business to anyone. I need my money back or change the faulty pump. I dont want to give even a single star.

Mr. ****** called our office after hours and I responded and told him we would warranty the pump if it was defective. He mentioned it would pump if he shook it which indicated it might be something external to the pump and I told him we would come out on the weekend, but he would have to pay out of pocket for the service at our overtime rate if we examined the pump and found it was not a "warranty" issue, but debris plugging the impellar for example, or some other non-warranty item. He chose not to engage our service at this time.

I am not sure who is the customer. Me or DBR. The pump is gurranted for one year for functionality. We had 2 incidents wher pump didnot work. First time the bmitigation company told me thst during installtion they left the cap on the pump. The second incident the other contractor told me that the pump was not installed correctly in terms of direction it was touching against the wall. As a customer we are not expert plumber and we trusted the Dbr to change this pump because of these 2 incidents. They said they will charge money to check even the pump whichh is still under warranty. I work in a company and any wanrranty issue we send the replacement and dont charge any money. I never heard of any business charging vsiting fees rto check the waanty non-functional pump which shows cyclic failure on or off. The owner told me that they dont have any issue in pumps. It doesnot mean that the new pump won't fail. How I know it is used or new. This is a clearly a issue of workmanship and degraded pump. I want to resolve this together before taking any legal steps.

The same pump caused 2 incidents of flooding. The first incient was caused to to poor workmanaship as the mitigation company told us that the Dbr forgot to take the cap off. the second time was due to [um was installed and it was touching against the wall. As a customer. the pump is gurrantied for one year and the customer dont have to pay for any fees to Dbr for checking the wanrrantied item. There are 2 scenario either they installed the faulty pump or used pump which causing the cyclic failure. For customer satisfaction, They should be checking the pump for functionality which is under warranty. I want to resolve this issue together before taking any legal steps.
