      Carl was a clear communicator with upfront pricing. Transparent with the materials list and the job requirements. The workers did an excellent job. I couldn’t ask for anything more on roofing experience. Kudos to Carl.

      This guy is a thief and a scumbag! I am sueing him for $10,000 because he refused to refund my money after screwing up my shower like a nut. I call him crack head carl because he is either high on coke or drugs when he does bother to show up. He told us he would be here numerous times and never showed up or called! If you hire this guy u better plan on ****** work and lost money! I have to hire a new contractor to fix everything this scumbag did to my house! NEVER TRUST THIS GUY!!!

      The most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST contractor I have ever met! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire him to do work for you! We hired him (signed a contract and paid him half upfront on April 20th, 2023) after hearing his "too good to be true" commercial on the radio, to rip out our existing bathtub and put in a walk-in shower. He would tell us he would be at our house a certain day/time and then never show up. He would never answer calls and very rarely would respond to the multiple texts my husband sent, trying to reach out to him. It was one excuse after the other! The last text he sent us (around Sept. 13th) he said he would mail us back our deposit that Friday. It is now the following June and we have not received it, nor a response to a letter I mailed him on January 20th of this year, giving him one last chance to make it right. He obviously does not care ANYTHING about his customers or his reputation! So disappointing.
