  I HAD A WATER LEAK IN MY BASEMENT.CALLED JOE AT JC ENTERPRIZES HE RECOMEMENDED A MOLD PREVENTION TREATMENT TO BE SAFE, A VERY GOOD IDEA. HE STARTED THAT VERY DAY, WASTED NO TIME. MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY HAPPY. JOE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN BASEMENTS STRUCTURES CRACKED WALLS AND FLOORS. JEFF ORTMAN

  We recently used JC Enterprises to stop an intermittent leak in our basement wall. Joe and his assistant completed the job professionally and efficiently, cleaning the work area after their work was completed as if they had not even been there. In fact, they may have cleaned it better than what it was before they started! Even after all the rain we've had over the last few months, no additional seepage has been noticed. I highly recommend JC Enterprises.

  It was a pleasure working with Joe. We had previously utilized his services (about 3 years ago) to stop an intermittent groundwater leak in a basement wall prior to remodeling a portion of our basement. We never experienced another problem with that repair.
  We decided to remodel another section of the basement and discovered there were at least three intermittent groundwater leaks in two walls. Based on past experience, we called Joe to look the job over and provide an estimate. He did a thorough inspection, inside and out, and explained several factors associated with our situation. Many fixes were things he suggested we do ourselves (i.e., grading, caulking). Of course, when he came over it had not rained for several days, so the leaks were not active. He suggested that we call him after the next rain event that causes leakage and he would stop back over.
  We did not have significant rain/leakage for a couple weeks. When we finally observed leakage again, we called him, I took pictures, and he came back over to survey the leaking areas. He discovered that not only were there leaks in the walls, but thought there may be some leakage through the floor.
  Upon receipt of his very reasonable quote, we scheduled the work with him. He and his crew arrived on time, performed the work very efficiently, and cleaned up the work areas (probably better!) than before they started.
  Most contractors would consider the job over and done with, but not Joe. After the next big rain event he called us to see if everything was still alright. To date, we have not observed any leakage from the repaired areas.
  Joe is a conscientious craftsman who genuinely cares about his work and his customers well being. I will not hesitate to contact him for additional work and I highly recommend him to anyone that may need his services

  JC enterprises was recommended by a friend. They had done work for him and also his daughters home and said they did good work and was satisfied. I called and Joe (the owner) came out to look at the problem. Everything was dry when he was there so he suggested waiting a day or 2 until it rained and he would return. There were no visible cracks in the concrete wall. It rained, he returned and discovered the source of the leak. Made some suggestions, quoted me a price repaired the problem area. Returned after the next significant rainfall to make sure everything was ok. It was. I suggest calling JC Enterprises before making a final decision.

  My husband's mom, now 92 has moved to NC to live with her daughter who is taking care of her. Her family that is local has emptied and cleaned the house and also wanted to do a general all around deodorizer through out. We found Joe's add in the paper and he came out the same day. The cost was very reasonable and he was able to do it the very next day. He also calls afterwards following up to make sure you are happy with his work. Our family was very pleased he did that work and would highly recommend him.

  I have a fieldstone foundation and thought it needed major work however Joe looked at it and assured me the parging was the paint the previous owner had applied to the walls and that it was fine at this time. Joe took the time to look at my basement and save me money that another company would have made me spend thousands of dollars to repair

  We definitely had a mold problem on the walls of our basement. We found, in the weekly local newspaper, JC Enterprises advertising to eliminate mold. I contacted JC Enterprises and in no time, I knew Joe was the right call. He came to our home and clearly explained what had to be done. Joe was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He was our choice to do the work. Joe showed up when he said he would on time, completed the work as he said, and his clean-up was suburb. Joe also told us of some corrective work we could do to prevent mold. He also pointed out to us some areas outside the house on the foundation, driveway level, to patch to prevent further problems. Joe stopped by within a week to see how everything was and called a few days later to check again. He also said we could call him if we had any questions. We cannot say enough good things about Joe, his work and his help, His work ethic was excellent! His price more than fair. Have not seen a contractor like him who wanted to make sure you knew and understood what the problem was. What it would take to correct it and finish it as said. If you have a mold problem or leakage problem JC Enterprises is the contractor to call.

  J C Enterprises was prompt and thorough making him an excellent choice for our basement repair needs. He reviewed the work, gave instructions for how to proceed and suggested we do the work ourselves as it was easy for an amateur to do.
  We followed his instructions and guidance for what to buy. It went great! We would recommend this business for any basement repairs. He seems experienced and straightforward.
