      I have some cracking issues with my homes fieldstone foundation. I was pretty concerned that it would worsen quickly and turn into an expensive night mare. I'm especially concerned because these are two corners which I hear do most of the load support.
      I sent one contractor pictures and he never replied even after I called them again (going on 3 weeks now) one contractor gave me an estimate which is four times higher than JC Enterprises.
      When I called Joe from JC Enterprises he mentioned he would be in the vicinity of my home in the next hour or so and could swing by and take a look. He immediately put me at easy letting me know that the repairs need to be done soon but no reason to panic. Joe explained the materials and process required to make the repairs, he could do the work or I could easily do the job myself. Doing the job myself is what I intend to do.
      Its not very often you meet a contractor who is forthcoming honest and helpful, and get this! Joe also mentioned if I have any questions or run into a problem to give him a call.
      By far and wide one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had!

      I highly recommend JC Enterprises. I had a leaking crack in my basement wall and called Joe for an estimate. He came to take a look at the problem the same day. Not only did he repair the crack but also advised on other issues that may be contributing to the problem. After repairing the crack he followed up with me on several occasions to ensure I was satisfied. Joe is very knowledgeable about his business and solved my problem promptly. If you have a basement problem, Joe is your guy. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

      I highly recommend JC enterprises. I had a crack in the concrete wall of my basement. I called late afternoon and Joe was able to come out the next day to take a look and give me a quote. He was able to get in quickly and seal it up. Even after the job was done, he followed up to make sure it had sealed properly. I appreciate that Joe took the time to explain the whole process and to check out other hairline cracks. He came highly recommend and I’m happy to do the same for those who may need any basement work done! I would not hesitate to reach out to Joe again for any additional work that may be needed!

      I highly recommend JC enterprises. This is the 2nd time I used them for a small crack in my concrete slab basement walls. Joe called me back right away and was out the next day to give me a quote. Within a week my crack was sealed up to perfection. Straight forward and honest that’s what I appreciated the most. If you got any issues give them a call I guarantee you’ll be happy you did.

      Joe is very professional, came out to give an estimate and explained everything in the procedure. He did not pressure you to sign. Left you information regarding mold and it's effects. Showed up on time to do the job and was done in the time he had said it would take. He stayed afterwards to further explain everything and make sure we didn't have any questions. I would highly recommend his services.

      Joe was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He explained to me the difference between homeowners treatment and the professional treatment he would use. He did an excellent job of removing mold from my basement, and giving me advice on future painting. He also followed up on the job the next day and a week later. Very reasonable as well. I have recommended him to friends without hesitation.
