      My neighbor had his roof replaced by this company. They used a blower to blow roof off of nails and debris. When doing so blew debris into my window and side yard. There was nails all over my driveway also. I contacted Ava to express my concerns. An individual came to see the situation. When I spoke with him he stated that accident may happen and they cannot control if all debris and nails are picked up. As they use subcontractors. The sub contractor was from Honduras. I have contacted HSI awaiting their response. I have also contacted local PD. Monday I will be contacting city to see if their licensing can be revoked as they refuse to take NO responsibility for the actions. If nails are in my tires or wife’s I will be taking legal action.

      My roof was just done by AVA Roofing.. I can’t say enough about the job that was done. Great care was taken to work around the flower beds. The clean up was impeccable. The roof is beautiful. The job was done in one day. I would highly recommend AVA Roofing. Thank you!

      We had Ava Roofing put a new roof on our house Sergiy came over and took the time to explain everything in detail to us. They are professional, honest and showed up on time. They cleaned up everything and the whole job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend Ava Roofing to anyone.

      I wish I never contacted AVA roofing. After being lied to and spending 5 months and not even getting through the preliminary process I parted ways from Ava. They never call you back. Even when calling the office with issues the owner or a manager wouldn’t call me back. Just the sale rep. Even when parting ways when I ask to talk to the owner or management all I got was a letter from a legal representative for them. They lied to me to get me to sign a siding deposit to set a date to get all the work done (with framing). The framing manager was clueless. Didn’t know what was going on with the project at all after 4 months in. It even said it on the print the architect sent him. Now I’m going to miss my time frame of replacing my roof over the summer. If you want siding done they can take care of you. Outside of that I wouldn’t have them work on a dog house. A complete nightmare and completely disorganized company.
