Stay away from this company as far as possible. They lured a minor working at the front test to sign a contract. Without my signature and consent, I don't think that the contract is even valid. So they promised $0.40 per gallon, collected the oil, and never paid us. Then, they started to send us warnings regarding a competitor container on site. That was not our container, and there were several other restaurants right next to us. They keep claiming that we put our waste oil in the competitor's container and that people have been stealing our oil. The first part is not true. For the second part, how do I know that other people stole it, not just them not wanting to pay for the oil? We have seen their truck collecting oil from our container before. After they breached their agreement first by not paying us for the oil that they have collected from us, they filed a claim in court intending to sue us. First, I don't think that the contract is even valid since it was signed by a minor without the consent of the owner. Second, our oil has been collected, as we did not receive a single cent.

1 starOne star is to generous. It has been a month and a half with no container to put our oil in. They were quick to get the old company out and have left us stranded with no where to put the oil. Always an excuse as to why they can't drop off a container. Never hear from the sales rep Edward B****** when you contact him or ask for a copy of the contract which they have never provided. They want to put you in the situation of breaking the contract so they can sue you. All I can say is RUN away from this company and warn as many others as you can.Review fromLiang Y

1 starSigned a contract to have oil container sent to business. It’s been 30 plus days nothing. Company cancelled the contract from my previous oil collection company and now I have nothing to put my old oil in. Won’t pick up phone calls or give me a call back as the agent on the phone told me she would. Would not recommend this company. There is no responsibility on their part. The agent that went to our store told a flat out lie when signing a contract. Now I am without anything to collect oil in and might get fine from the landlord.Review fromDenna D

1 starI have a restaurant in Plymouth, MI. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They signed me up for service and then took our old oil bin and left us without a new bin. I have call several times over two weeks and zero response. I am calling my old company back. This is a poor excuse of a company.Review fromMark R

This company has left a grease/oil tank on our property from a prior business and refuses to pick it up. We have been speaking with them since May 2023 and it’s October now and they no longer return our calls or emails and have just left this large tank filled with grease on our property. we don’t know what else to do but this is a horrible situation possibly creating health hazards and environmental hazards as well. We are looking into further actions against them, but we don’t recommend anybody using them as they are a completely unprofessional and unresponsive company.Buffalo Biodiesel Inc.

The grease was removed from the tank on 9/25/2023. If there is any grease in there now it is from someone dumping it in. Any environmental hazard would be from the restaurant/tenant spilling used cooking oil when they attempt to fill the tank. There was confusion with this account and the container was requested to stay on property by the current tenant/restaurant. Since that request re received the request for removal and are working to complete it as soon as possible.Review fromJean V

3 starsSo far I have had good response from Bill, our rep from the company he is easy to reach and is very responsive to questions or concerns. My only complaint at this time is that we had to call to have the container pumped as it was full all the way to the top. I also had to submit a request through our rep to receive our Commission Check for the waste oil. We are a property owner in State College, PA with a number of restaurant owners on our block that utilize the container for their waste oil. After contacting Bill, the problems were resolved. I would give a higher rating if the above can be taken care of without intervention by our offices. I am happy with the container and the fact we can lock it up to keep it cleaner and properly used.
