    If I could rate 0 stars I would. In the two years I lived here I had nothing but problems. A maintenance worker entered my apartment without notice, and management refused to investigate, despite there being a camera directly above my door. When I moved out this year, I broke my lease to leave early. I was told I’d be sent a document to sign that would turn over possession of my apartment to the company prior to month’s end and avoid further rent charges. However, management went radio silent and they didn’t send me said document until the new month had started. Subsequently, they tried to charge me rent for that month and turned over the balance to collections without contacting me nor following the necessary steps as stated in my lease agreement for eviction/abandonment (which this was not). Despite providing management with proof of conversation stating the aforementioned terms, I am being provided with cookie cutter responses, a refusal to correct their error, and significantly damaged credit. This is the most dishonest, immoral business I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Specifically Alyssa D***** and Melinda L*******: you know what you’re doing and it’s unfair, immoral, and cheap.
