    Well, I said I'd update my review so here it is. A tech came out and fixed the problem two weeks after my initial contact with Plug PV. Turns out it was what I suspected, a blown fuse. He put two new fuses in the box just in case the other one wanted to pop. Everything's working the way it should now. Overall, I'd have to say I'm happy with the company, but being only about 4 hrs. away, I wish they could've had someone here a little sooner, especially for such an easy fix.

    We finally decided to go solar, and we were searching providers. Julian L***** from PlugPv was there from the beginning to educate us on their offering, the avaliable financing plans and rebates, even went down into really deep technical details. But most importantly he guided us through the process and made sure that our critical timeliness were met (when there was a chance of delay, he made sure our offer would be honored even if it was being the grace time). Once the hiccup was resolved, the project went to completion on time (no thanks to ******* ****** who were not cooperative at all). The technicians who did the installation were quick and thorough and stayed with us above and beyond until ****** FINALLY completed their part. Were very happy with our choice in solar providers and recommend them completely!

    Contacted PlugPV in order to request a quote for solar on our brand new house. Matt G*****, the rep for the company, was easily accessible and answered all of our questions with ease and sophistication. We felt exceptionally comfortable dealing with him. Unfortunately our house was not in the best area to get solar panels and we could not move forward. Because Matt was so coherent and comprehensive we passed his contact to a family member who is more than satisfied with her experience and the final product. Thank you to the company, and most importantly Matt, for the time an dedication to customer satisfaction.

    Michael gave us a presentation on solar and explained everything in a very thorough way. When we had questions he was able to answer everything to the point we are able to make a decision. Best customer service anyone could ask for.

    Started out okay. when my contact for the project left the company or was fired the experience wasn't so great. They keep sending my a request for final payment and i told them i wouldn't pay until the project was complete. Panels are installed and working but the permit is still open. In addition, i was told to sign up for an account with SREC trade. i was told it would be explained. I have request an explanation multiple times and still no one have called, even though they keep promising. Not a well run company.

    It took a few months to get all the permits and inspections but I was aware of that from the beginning. The PlugPV sales rep walked me through the whole process. He kept me updated through every step. All the people that came to my house were very professional.
