  If i could give no stars, I would. Please stay away at all cost if you want to walk away with a home that is not damaged. I was very excited to get solar on my 2-year-old home. It seemed like the logical next step. While the sale team was very nice the customer service is a nightmare in particularly, Gina K*******. I can't tell you the number of times I've had to chase this woman down to get an answer or figure out the next steps of what's going on. If that wasn't the worst of it, i had debris left around my home, their workers use my lawn as their personal bathroom, I had a screw damage a tire, I had a roofing nail go through my foot, and they improperly did the panels in a section of my home which led to my roof leaking. They refuse the pay for the cost of fixing the wet ceiling damage, stating it was improper roof installation but the roof was redone on Jan of 23 and it had rained since then. When I called about the issue they had a guy come out and was on the roof for over an hour fixing the panels. Their team lead, AJ F**** refused to acknowledge their poor craftsmanship and punted the cost back to me. Run away from this company and find someone else or you'll be left paying out of pocket.

  From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. Cameron and Wendy handled everything and made our lives easy. Everything was completed and we went live in about 3 months from first talking with them. I would recommend!

  This company is awful to deal with and the way you have to jump through hoops to try and become a member of the Credit Union was horrendous. They put us in fraud status to become a member of their bank, but approved our loan, the credit union wanted a copy of our SS card and tax returns for us to prove who we are. Their delays pushed everything back and now PlugPv is denying the refund of our deposit and states that they can bill us for work done for the solar panels. This company is the worst. Looking to get out of this bogus “contract”!! This contract is ridiculous and we don’t want to do business with them. They scammed us out of money due to the fact that the credit union won’t allow us to be members. I requested the deposit back from PlugPV and they pulled up this ridiculous contract stating that they have done administrative labor and now want to bill us for the rest because of our withdrawal from the installment on the panels. They pulled out credit and gave us negative impact on it, and yet we don’t receive the panels nor the money back. This company is horrible, don’t do business with them.

  It was such a pleasure to work with efficient, competent, capable, informative, communicative people when making the decision to move to solar. From the knowledgeable salesperson, Roger, the site engineers, the installation staff, the financing, and our contact person in the PlugPV office, Christopher Hayes it was a positive and stress free process. Everything was done with efficiency, on time and professionally.
  It was so refreshing to work with the PlugPV staff. A great experience.

  We're so pleased with everything about PlugPV. Every step was as easy for us as it could possibly be. The whole team we dealt with was and continues to be very efficient, transparent, and helpful in every way. I can't say a bad thing about any of the process. We have never had such wonderful customer service. We highly recommend if you're thinking of going solar to look into this company.

  I signed with PlugPV back in November of 2022 and it's now March of 2023, and my solar panel system is still not turned on. Throughout the process, I've had a terrible experience with PlugPV. First, they failed to turn on my solar panel system by the promised date. Then, I discovered video footage of OSHA violations during the installation process, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the site survey they conducted did not take into account the placement of the inverters, resulting in a messy and unsightly installation.
  James, the site manager at PlugPV, lied to me on the phone. He claimed that they had already submitted the necessary paperwork for the inspection and meter change with Central Hudson, but after following up with Central Hudson myself, I discovered that there was no such request on file. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, and it only adds to the frustration and delay that I've experienced with PlugPV. On top of that, the company does not take or return my phone calls, and they have not kept me updated at any point as to what is happening with my installation. This lack of communication and accountability is simply not acceptable, and I would strongly caution others against working with PlugPV.
  After several weeks of attempting to reach them by phone, I finally received a call from someone other than my site manager who claimed to be able to "resolve the problem". However, this individual admitted to having no decision-making authority within the company and was only able to offer a verbal apology and excuses on behalf of their colleague, rather than any kind of meaningful compensation. Despite my attempts to negotiate a fair resolution, they were unwilling to provide any meaningful compensation for their mistakes. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly suggest finding a different solar panel provider.

  Solar energy was an option that we had considered for over three years. PlugPV made it possible to go solar and free ourselves from our crazy ******* ****** bills, while also increasing the value of our home. Our Representative, Noel C********** was organized, polite, well informed and made this project extremely easy from start to finish. Best part was, it cost us nothing. I only wish we had done this three years ago! I would definitely recommend Noel and PlugPV for your Solar project. Job well done Boys!

  It started out ok then turned bad really fast . My solar has been hooked up for 17 months . Today was the first day I received a credit for my SOLAR.
  17 months and neither the electric company or Plug PV have been able to help me . To start out My system was never put into service with CH so I continued to pay CH along with sunnova ,my solar bill. After many calls to CH and solar company
  I did find out I was running on one inverter from January -September. So not only was I being double dipped for my electric I wasn’t even producing what I should have been producing for 9 months . I have been told after “my 3 year anniversary “ they will do a reading and see if my solar is Producing what they said it would. I was informed that due to a glitch in their system they were not able to see my system was down a inverter . He assured me he would take care of my situation. Nope, he too failed me. I had to harass CH , hours and hours on the phone trying to find out how I fell thru the crack . Again . Geo told
  Me he was meeting with the president or someone like that and they would make good on my misfortune. I never heard anything .
  I guess bottom line is if you fall thru the cracks there is no one at Plug Pv to help you out. Another topping was I was told by Noel I would be getting a ck back from the government for 17 thousand dollars . That was supposedly the government refund you got for putting solar on your house . Well that wasn’t true either . Today I got a phone call from ******* they want to know if I’m going to be putting my government credit towards my solars bill.
  I asked her what credit . What you get is actually a credit not a ck as I was told I was going to get from Noel .
  I guess if things are good they are good but plug pv hasn’t stood up for me when things are not so good .
  I want what I was promised nothing more

  From the start of the project to the end, Chris and Gina were great! Really, even beyond that, because I continued to have questions after they were technically finished. They were always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

  We could not have been happier with our experience with PlugPV! From day one straight through the completion of our project they were helpful, informative and incredibly patient with us. We did not have one bad experience everyone we worked with, the sales team, racking and installation teams were wonderful. We have never received such wonderful and comprehensive customer service before. These guys are a great find. We would highly recommend them.
