      I started the program April 7 2022 with a 90 day guarantee that my credit score would be in the 700s and all of my negative items would be removed. I paid $300 and have nothing to show for it. When I asked for my money back and quoted his 90 day guarantee, he insulted me and blocked my number.

      my office number is always open.  He was calling and harassing me on my personal phone all day and night and swearing and threatening. He paid after work was started and we removed accounts under our 90 day change guarantee and continue to work on the file monthly as agreed to.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
      This guy is blatantly lying and should be arrested for fraud. He is stealing peoples money and slandering them when he gets called out for it. If possible, please advise on how to pursue legal action if my money is not returned. I already submitted proof that his statement was a complete lie.

      Eric actually owes us money for the removal of accounts he has paid $300 to date and still owes $200. He refuses to pay for services rendered which we have proof of and is using this is a fraudulent way to get out of paying his bill and this is the problem we are running into that I am not happy about with the Better Business Bureau allowing this. The customer does not pay their bill they get sent to collections anywhere from 90 to 180 days after and a file complaints with the Better Business Bureau for false accusations.

      Company claims results in 60 days.

      ***********, **********, ************ Credit *****… all these services ive been monitoring prove otherwise.

      Its been 7 months.
      Feb is now March

      Paid up front. They took me for hundreds of dollars…

      Not a single point increase
      Not a single item deleted
      Not a single result….

      They blocked my messages on ******** And are preventing me From communication on that platform.

      I want to warn others about this crook

      They are refusing to abide by their
      Guarantee and im trying to come to some resulution for quite some time.
      They claim that everything has been removed and have yet to show me proof

      Was promised in January that things would be removed and my score would go up. I went against my gut and proceeded with the payment. I never received any proof of filing and when I reached out to the courts. I thing had been filed on my behalf as was stated. Nothing was ever removed from my report. Unlike the others I only paid a small amount but was never able to recover the money.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There has been no response or nothing done prior to me making the complaint.  The letter was dated yesterday.  I started this process in January of 2022 and requested copies of the documents that were sent on my behalf to the courts as he claimed and nothing was done.  Based on all of the other complaints this business takes money and does not deliver.  I was given a 90 day guarantee and nothing was removed.  I would like a refund.

      **** started with over 60 negative accounts and he has less than 28 now. I think that is a pretty high success rate Jens is worth more than she paid however we are not charging her more money. These type of complaints should not be allowed because they have unrealistic expectations or do you not understand the process even though it is in writing and explained it to them. Again these complaints should not be allowed we should be praised for removing almost 40 negative accounts at less than $20 per item. Please ask her if we have permission to show her personal credit reports and what we have done

      The owner Joe Hobaica guaranteed a service that he was unable to perform. He stole close to $500 from me, does not return calls, and has flat out lied.

      He has not followed through on one thing. Has blocked my number, will not call me back and just does not follow through. I truly believe this gentleman is a crook.

      Read all the reviews they are all the same, it’s a pattern, he is taking advantage of people and taking their money. I have contacted the police in Utica, and have been interviewed by a television station.
