      I never write reviews, but this guy left me no choice. This credit repair guy is a complete snake. He talks a big game, promises results he never delivers on, and once he has your money, good luck getting him to respond. Total liar. He fed me excuse after excuse, kept pushing deadlines, and in the end, my credit score actually dropped. I’ve dealt with shady people before, but this takes the cake. If you’re reading this and considering working with him—run. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache. Absolute scam artist. BEWARE.

      Beware: Scam Artist Alert This individual is a complete scam artist who has already been barred from practicing law. You’d think being charged with a felony would stop him from targeting innocent people—but unfortunately, that’s not the case. He tried to scam me back in 2022, claiming to help with credit repair. Thankfully, I contacted my bank right away, and after reviewing the situation, they were able to identify him as a fraud and reverse the charges. After I got my money back, he illegally threatened to report the refund as a debt and send it to collections, which is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. He preys on people who are trying to fix their credit—and still somehow sleeps at night knowing he’s profiting off others’ hardship. Please do your research, protect your information, and don’t fall victim to this con. Report him wherever you can

      I made two payments of $399.00 and $210.00 on November 15th and November 17th. After numerous attempts to verify what my money paid for, I have never received proof of anything. I am filling this review out in an attempt to receive a full refund for the $609.00. Because of no communication from 123 Credit Restoration (Jim P******), and no tangible results, I am left with no other choice but to more aggressively pursue my full refund. Please understand, I am not a vindictive person but I am a person that wants to be made whole if a purchase does not work out. Respectfully, ********

      Terrible experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They just take your money and lie. Told me I would receive receipts and confirmations but I have yet to receive anything. Still in communication but will continue to avoid sending receipts of work. Scammers!! Don't do it! Don't fall for it!

      This Guy is a scam artist. He is a former attorney who was Disbarred from being one in 2009. See below link for Factual Court Case. See narrative as well. So he likes to post on social media platforms about his unique 90 money back guaranteed. He will answer calls only until you have sent him a payment, then will ghost you forever. But no worries. You are all welcome! He has been reported to the FTC, Local News Channel, and Utica NY Police department. He was already interviewed by news channel in the past regarding his scamming operations. Every Dog has his day, and his is about to come. He prays on people who has some financial issues in the past. He will denied anything, because he is a typical POS narcissistic personality individual. This meat head needs to be put in Prison for the rest of his life. Please report with no fear on this guy to the local police department, FTC, and here at BBB.       so its been past 90 days, since i paid to get items taken off, i have messaged via ********, when i asked for a refund because literally nothing changed on my credit file at all. i was told their was changes but i went straight to all three bureaus and seen nothing chaged i get monthly updates through **********, ********, and *******. i was told that he would look into it but he never got back to me, i have every screenshot from ******** to text messages i can provide. i still havent got notice of the work thats been done. but still my credit has the same thing. i just want a refund also i have been sent messages from previous clients with his number and ******** page of him threatening people that he would mess up their credit just because they wanted a refund. i should have listened. thats called harasment. with all honestly now i dont want a refund now i just want them to leave my credit alone and drop me as a client. I want all ties cut.

      I paid joe H***** *t 123 credit restoration which he’s the owner of a lot of money to remove hard inquiries over a year ago and I got no results and he never once returned any of my calls

      He took about $1500 from me and provided no services. Not a single change to my credit. I hired a different credit agency that told me he didn’t touch a single thing. Also paid for a lawsuit he said he could make sure they couldn’t collect from me. He didn’t do anything and I lost the case. It’s also not even possible for him to represent w in Florida since he’s not a lawyer here…. I ask for my money back and he calls me a liar

      Joe all these complaints on are basically the same, you take people's money and don't do anything. I ask Joe to provide the paperwork he filed on my half and he couldn't provide it. I wish I had done my homework better on Joe and seen how many times he had screwed people over. Don't believe me just read the rest of the reviews. Do yourself a favor find a different company to assist you

      I gave him $100 for him to start doing credit repair. He has show me no evidence that any work was done. Before the second payment, he told me that my paperwork was pending at the ******* ***** **********? Why would my paperwork be at the ******* ***** **********? He’s very aggressive and asking for money. He asked for money before he does any work and then afterwards doesn’t do any work. And has no physical proof that he did any work about removing collection accounts from my credit report. He has now turned my case over where I supposedly owe $300 to the collection agency called JM associates. They texted me and threaten me that they were report me to the credit bureau, and that they would garnish my wages. This Joe lawyer, if he is a lawyer is a scam artist because he knows that there are thousands of credit repair agencies out they’re stealing peoples money and not doing any work or doing very little to nothing. He claims he filed violation letters against creditors, when in fact he does not. Because if he did, he would be forthright and transparent, and show physical evidence. That the work that he did actually removed negative accounts from your credit report. He has no such physical evidence to prove anything that he did. I don’t think he’s a lawyer. Then I think he’s a scam artist. And he works with JM associates who claims to be a collection agency, and they threaten to report you to the credit bureaus. It’s funny to me that he’s in the business of taking or stealing, peoples money and promising to removing collection accounts and then he sends your account to a collection agency. I think that’s a mere coincidence. Expose this crook and scam for him stealing peoples money, and he needs to be charged with theft, and with a felony and be charged to pay back people what they paid for work that was never done! Stay away from this person he’s not even a human because he steals your money. He needs to be reported. And to be banned from marketing his scam.
