      Joe STOLE $200 from me after I told him I wasn't interested in his services. He told me he already started work on my case and was going to sue me if I didn't pay him. He swore that I'd get my money back in ninety days if he didn't get one charge off removed from my credit. He even sent a written guarantee 90 refund if my charge off wasn't removed. Never heard from him again. He will ghost you. He lied to the New York State Consumer complaint department saying he finished the work when he never even did it. He lies about being in court he never sends you the court papers he said he completed on your behalf. When you call him he doesn't answer your calls. He said disgrace to the profession and calls himself a lawyer.

      Scammer. Very unprofessional! I called my card company and requested a refund. It's been a month almost and only seen a few points go up. Also my bank hold is still there. I've asked for court paperwork for my case nothing. Don't use this man/company! Better off using someone else.

      I contacted this company about possibly repairing my credit which an email was sent with pricing. I originally agreed to move forward with it then I did some research on the company before the date agreed upon & discovered this company has a lot of complaints all stemming from customers feeling like they’ve been taken advantage of. So Mr J** reached out to me the day before about moving forward with services & I told him I wasn’t interested anymore. He then proceeds to string arm & tell me he’ll send me to collections & file all of this on me when I never even signed any paperwork or contract. A text message agreement isn’t a signed contract. I don’t see how this guy is in business with as many complaints he has against his business! Then proceeds to tell me he’ll seek a writ of execution against my bank!

      This is a scam i have paid him 3022.00 and going to small claims court, he stated sent me 1000.00 dollar check with more refund to come after figured out and have received zero. Anyone that would like to come to court feel free to contact.

      Joe H is a con artist. He was disbarred from practicing law. ** *** ****** **** ******* ***** ** *** ***. I paid him $300 to dispute and remove negative items from my credit reports. It’s been over 3 months and I saw no changes to my reports. When I call him, he would never answer my call. He responds to text with very short answers. I get excuses that he broke his hip and now he has covid and have been hospitalized. If he is not sick, he is always in court. He advised me to stop paying my creditors and I did. Now one of my creditors sued me. I told about it and he said he would answer the suit. His fee was $245. The day before the hearing I called the court to make sure they had the paperwork he filed. They had nothing from him. The morning of the hearing I called him because to make sure he is attending the hearing or should I appear? He told me to attend which I did without him. The court still did not have anything from him. The magistrate was very nice and allowed me to talk to one of the lawyers present at the court. He realized I was conned by Joe H. The lawyer I spoke too told me the guy is s fraud. He took my money and did nothing for me. She said, hr should have been present at the hearing. Mind you, it was a virtual hearing so he didn’t have to go anywhere. Thank god the lawyer in the court asked for a 30 day extension so I can be prepared for the case. I have been very nice and patient with this guy but now I realize he is a fraud. I simply ask him for a full refund and he said no because he did work for me. I have been asking him for any proof and he is yet to present anything to me. Guys, if you search him on ******, you would how many people have the same complaint about this guy. He needs to be arrested for stealing people’s money.

      This guy is a con artist I paid him 199.99 to fix my credit he said that it would be done in 90 days or my money back nothing was done I don’t get how this man is behind bars for fraud he is everything that you would think a slick NY city lawyer to be no one is ever in the office and he always claims to be in court when things are so electronically don’t waste your money
