    I had a backed up sink and called BMR and they came right over . They quoted me a good price . They completed the job and cleaned up. I highly recommend them.

    I had a plumbing emergency and I called around 5 places who said they would call back with in the hour. None called back- I called the other places again and they all apologized to me and again said they call back- no call.
    I called BMR after being frustrated with other company’s not helping or calling back. BMR answered and right away- completely different customer service from aok other places I called, and BMR made me feel important. Then said they would call back ?? I got nervous again- BUT THEN!!! Within 10 mins they called back and within an hour they were at my house to fix my 911 plumbing emergency! Not only fixed it but helped with knowledge of how to prevent this from happening again. AND DID NOT CHARGE ME MY WHOLE SAVING ACCOUNT!
    This company was amazing and pricing was so affordable. It helped me feel like I wasn’t drowning. They were fast and very amazing. I won’t be calling anyone else but BMR ever again!

    From start to finish they are quick, efficient, and FAIR. I say FAIR in all capitols because most companies you come across are no longer fair and they are into ripping you off. This company did everything in their power to make sure we were satisfied with the entire job. They installed my new furnace and it was straight and to the point. They were honest in their pricing and their process. The gentleman were great in explaining what was happening every step of the way. The owner Roger even personally drove to my house after the project was done to make sure we were completely satisfied. They didn't dillydally and they didn't try to jip me. They were honest and all around good people and good energy. Come to find out they do any project big or small. I will most definitely be calling them for future projects. They seem like they are educated in the jobs they are doing and they are happy to be doing them. All around a very down to earth company which you don't find much anymore. Thank you BMR!

    We discovered our sump pump failed at 10pm on a Saturday. I called BMR Contracting on Sunday morning, and Roger came out to do an estimate within 2 hours. He sent his guys out the following day to install a new sump pump and enlarge the existing hole to accommodate a proper basin.
    We were in a bind and Roger and his crew came to the rescue with fast, excellent work!

    Wonderful service! We are in the middle of a snow emergency until next week, and called BMR around noon because my toilet was backed up and leaking into my basement. Not only did they not rip me off, but they sent a man here and he was so polite and fixed everything. Most places were charging huge emergency fees because of the roads and it's Sunday. I highly recommend these guys, the owner Roger is very kind and understanding. I will definitely be using them from now on!

    My hot water heater broke so I began searching for a plumber. Most of the places I called were either closed or not responsive. I found BMR Contracting and was very impressed with their professionalism. Roger D**** contacted me quickly and came the same day to assess the problem. I needed a new hot water heater. He notified me every step of the way! His guys came the very next day and were efficient and professional. I can't tell you how thrilled I am to have found an honest company that I can trust and are friendly as well. I give them an AAA+!

    Hired Roger to fix the drywall in the hallway and update the bathroom, tile,tub, toilet, floor. Roger gave us practical advice how to keep the cost down. His crew did excellent job, very neat and respectful to our property. Will hire him again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Roger!

    Roger D**** from BMR Contracting, came to our house today to troubleshoot are brown water in are whole house water filter. He recommended that I call the water company to troubleshoot the water filter issues. He didn’t want us to spend money until he knew definitely what the issue was! The water board came and said there was no break in the main water line. So Roger D**** saved us $10,000 by having the water board come and check everything out. Roger has integrity that most people don’t. Thank You For figuring everything out!! I recommend this company!!

    Apologize for mistake posting 1 star as BMR deserves 10 stars for my recent most positive experience with them. I had a history with another well known HVAC and found BMR by mistake, thankfully. They were professional, most pleasant and timely to handle a stressful situation, experienced and efficient to rectify the problem in record time. Beyond the brilliant technical expertise of tech Miller, BMR is honest and identifies the basic problem without a slimey sales pitch for a big bucks unnecessary system. A confident customer relationship is more important than fancy ads and vehicles.
    I highly recommend them to all.
