    This is the worst place ever! Do not go here! They are nothing but liars and scammers and they don’t respond to anything. I have emailed and called and I got one response to call them. I did and I was told the manager would call me back and NOTHING but crickets!!!! Liars Theives Scammers!!!! I went for crowns and I have a dented crown that they put in and they refuse to even respond or do anything!!!!! I gave a second insurance and they have refused to bill it!!!!! I got a night guard that they charged $350 for and I could have gotten it at Walmart for $20!!!! Scammers and liars!!!!!! They charged me $7000 out of pocket when my insurance says I only owe $4500 and they refuse to give me a refund. I have not had any additional services!!!! Scammers liars and thieves!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

    They are very bad with there service they made plate for my mouth never fit right ,they did several crowns that 3 out of six have already fell out ,and they were very ruff when giving shots to numb mouth . Why would I want to go to a place that don’t care.

    I made an appointment 2 weeks out for a tooth replacement consultation for 9 am, I arrived 15 minutes early, I was seated in a room at 9am I asked the staff if the doctor was on schedule, she said yes, by 10 am I was still in the room I got the attention of a girl and asked her if the doctor would be much longer, she checked and said the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and he would be a while. I got up and walked over to talk to the manager, I asked her, do you realize that I have been waiting in the room for about an hour unattended and that I had to get the attention of a staff member, I think I was forgotten, she asked me if I could come back at 12, lmao, I am sending them a bill for 2 hours of my time wasted, very unprofessional

    Honest to God, he did intentional damage! He got mad about having to replace a shoddy dental bridge that wasn’t giving me a biting surface and was poorly attached - so he flipped the drill and put a hole in tooth 7 - and THEN tooth 10!! Wouldn’t turn off the drill!! How is he rated A plus?? I’ve seen the reviews and complaints of others too!

    I went to New York Dental for the first time they did the cleaning and told me I needed 3 cavities filled right away and others that need attention soon. They filled 3 cavities resulting in enormous amounts of pain. After numerous visits I was told nothing was wrong and I needed to endure the pain this is when I decided to get a second opinion. When I went to the new practice they took an X-ray of my teeth all to find out one of the cavities was drilled to deep resulting in a root canal. Also to find out there are no other cavities that New York Dental claimed were in my mouth. Fast forward to present day another filling from New York Dental has resulted in my tooth breaking. My new dentist is now fixing all of New York Dentals mistakes. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and if you are a current patient question all their diagnosis and get a second opinion.
