      I fell behind in my auto loan. I did not receive anything from Five Star Bank. December 22, 2022 received a voicemail for Ezekiel R****** he referenced an insurance claim for a ***** ****** and was
      looking to leave a message. He called again on December 23 twice more, only once leaving a
      message. December 30, 2022 called Five Star and was directed that I had to speak with Josie D***** and forwarded to her voicemail, left her a message. January 5, 2023 Ezekiel R****** called again. We spoke I expressed that I know I am behind but I would like to bring the loan current. He said he does not care and wants the car back and that someone is out currently looking for it now. He called again on January 5th twice more leaving one message. January 6 called Josie D***** at Five Star bank and left messages at 8:55am, 1:35pm and 2:36pm. There has still been no return call. At the 1:35pm call asked to speak with a Supervisor or Manager detailed the threating calls and Josie is not calling me back. Was again forwarded to voicemail. The voicemails indicate would like to bring the loan current and the threatening calls should cease. No one from Five Star Bank will speak to me or return my calls.

      ***** ****** business did not respond was told what was going to happen by business. was lied to by both manager and officers was told their phone system did not record the phone call and they would look into. Account closed no appeal of anything on my beahalf by business and looking to turn business into fdic and agency looked up info ********* the can pay fines and deal with voilations by government angency very deceitful response red of this by the five star represnative. $500 got out and Five star told me a check was deposited into my account when i asked if it was a wire transfer and was would it was. I went to the bank on 12-2-2022 they said i was responsible and i said then i was going to file a complaint with the BBB. i was then told ny the manager that they could help me handle it internally and so i gave them all the information i could i have gone back every friday to the henrettia branch the one that i was told i had to deal with. i was told i have 60 days to get $500 in the account of the account would be closed. they no longer off this type of account and since the call is recorded i was to have a copy of the call i asked that is be reviewed i was assured by the bank the money had cleared this is due to their wrongful handling and if they will not deal i would like the to take responsiblity for their employees and have my account reinstated i was told i have until 1-29-2023, i would like to sue them

      i Have tried contacting the company all week during the dates of December 20,21,22 and did not receive any communication back from five star bank or this Angela s*** person who is responding to these messages I spoke with Amanda a five star bank collections representative and she stated she could not give me any information when I asked for a date of the time frame I’m allowed which I was told by Josie and Margie of five star bank was 15 days I asked Amanda for the date and she stated “she could not give me that information “ which makes no sense when it’s information I need I confirmed my contact number with Amanda who stated she was sending an email she did not mention who she was sending this email to this company will not give me information or allow me to do what I need to get my vehicle back and they dont return calls

      I have not received any written form of communication from five star bank I also have proof of this if it needs to be sent in I can do and how is it that my car was taken December 6 th and this letter was sent on the 19th doesn’t make sense nor have I received any call backs when I call to inquire about the vehicle

      I was behind on my car payment, I had believed I was caught up and the bank had not notified me and repossessed my car. I did not receive any mail or email about a delinquent payment so I could make sure to catch myself up. Now they are not allowing me to pay the dues and retrieve my vehicle without any other option but to pay the total loan amount.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as they actually call and make an effort to listen to everything we have to say and are willing to admit there is an issue with the amounts owed. I expect a phone call not MAIL from this company in a timely manner.

      D**** ******nts I made an additional $1,000 payment towards my principle. Over the last year I have received several calls stating that my account was late and behind on payments. I would pay the amount that was stated even though I knew all payments had been made. In May of this year, I pulled all my receipts and talked to the bank on several occasions, In April of this year I was made to make a double month's payment once again to cover according to them April and May even though the payments had been made. I made another payment on May 26, 2022, and I was informed by John that all payments were made, and everything was up to date on the account, and nothing was due again till the end of July 2022. Payments were still being made and on October 27, 2022, they had my car repossessed for nonpayment. and demanding I pay the remaining balance owed of $22,745.00 which is more than the original total balance. They won't speak to me regarding this just demand payments or loose the vehicle.

      I have an automobile loan with this bank. I was told on August 25 that I was in arrears. They offered me a deferment for a fee of $90, provided I was able to pay for two months that I was in arrears. I made the payment for the two months plus the fee and six days later (Sept 1) they sent me to collections and charged off the account anyway. This is affecting my livelihood and housing situation significantly as I am in the process of obtaining a loan for my small business and moving to a new home. I explained to them that I was experiencing financial difficulty due to losing my job with Covid. I’m trying to reestablish myself and this is setting me back. If they had no intention of continuing my loan with them, they should not have charged me for a deferment. I would really appreciate any information that you would deem useful in trying to rectify the situation. All I’m seeking is having this removed from my credit report as this will significantly impact my ability to obtain my new apartment and starting my business. I am making payments towards the vehicle, and only have a few months left. Thank you so much for your time

      Haven’t been able to get a hold of any one from the company for weeks now
      They charge me an automatic payment on a day I did not agree to be charged and then BECAUSE OF THEIR mistake I missed two payment and can’t get a hold of any one to try to fix it
      They towed my car in an aggressive manner causing damage and almost dropping it off the bed and now can’t get a hold of them at all since 9/15/2022 this is outrageous and abusive for them to do and it doesn’t sound like I’m the first
