MicroSec truly went above and beyond. My computer had no wifi was full of issues, and I felt completely stuck. Their remote tech team calmly handled everything fixed the wifi, cleared out a virus, and even installed the apps I needed. What really impressed me was how respectful and understanding they were. They also gave me a senior citizen discount, which meant a lot. It’s rare to find a computer repair service that’s this professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I’m grateful and will definitely turn to them for any future tech support.

Jude called immediately and gave me an overview of what he would be able to do. He was very efficient and obviously has a lot of expertise. He explained each step along the way and cleared up my problems. He also installed a different virus and malware program that should keep me protected going forward. Overall, I would definitely recommend MicroSec!MicroSec

They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing in a way I could understand.
