    ALL Military personal be warned this is an awful company to move with near Fort Drum. Ask be assigned to a different moving company. My dates were changed a day before I was suppose to be packed. The office manager Maddy is the most disrespectful rude individual I’ve ever encountered in our 16 years of military service. Ask for a different moving company.

    Hello. I am sorry you had a bad experience. We did add an extra day to your move because it increased significantly from the weight it was booked at. When we were notified of this in mid-July we called you and notified your TSP about the added day. When you reached out to us this week our team tried to explain and work with you but you were not happy with the situation and took it out on our team. One of our core values is respect and as a veteran owned business we value and respect all our customers and service members. I hope you work with us to make the rest of your move go smoothly as we have even dedicated extra resources to try and assist you in this stressful time.
