      SCAM!!! This company charged my credit card, then never sent me a confirmation order #, nor my order, either. I have tried emailing & calling them numerous times. No one ever answers the phone- it always just goes to voice mail. I have emailed them numerous times, requesting that they either send me my order or issue a refund, but when they periodically respond, they just ask me what the order # is, (which is their responsibility to have to start with, since they charged my credit card) and make no effort whatsoever to investigate what happened or make things right & just refund my money.

      Some concerning reviews here, to be sure, but I would like to share a somewhat more satisfactory recent outcome. Placed an order for some cleaning tools, and yes, there was immediate charge to my credit card followed by no update the first week. By then I had seen the BBB cautions and wondered if I'd made a mistake. But when I called that second Monday, I got through on the second try after an initial busy signal. I was told there had been a delay to part of the order but that was now resolved, and was promised shipping would commence that day. By 5pm I received notice of a shipping label having been produced, and overnight the **** had the package in their possession. It took the rest of Christmas week to travel coast to coast, then a couple more days to reach my doorstep, but it arrived, intact, as ordered, and seems to meet quality expectations. So, maybe helped by my respectful nudge, it was a satisfying overall transaction. Perhaps the operation is shaky but improving, as opposed to individual luck. Hopefully they are finding their way, and more customers will have good experiences going forward. That's all I can say, but it seemed worth saying.

      Ordered cleaning supplies and never received product. Contacted customer service requesting update on delivery. Received response that they were unable to fulfill order due to shortage of product. After several months of waiting, I requested a full refund multiple times and received no response from them. And to this day have not been contacted by them. This is a total scam.

      This business is not reliable. I still haven’t received refund after3 attempts. This has been on going since March and now it’s August. No products, no refund, has my money and nothing to show for it.

      SCAM
      I made a purchase and continued to email when I never received my order. They kept saying it was out of stock. I continued to ask for a refund. Never received a refund or my order.

      This company is a scam and I don't I don't understand why the Better Business Bureau has accepted their reply (excuse) for not doing business ethically since February 7th 2020? Sure the BBB knows this is a scam with almost 100 complaints filed against this company? Non-delivery, illegitimate business phone number, charging ***** fees without providing tracking numbers, fake emails promising a tracking # is on it's way that never comes. I mean what else do you need before turning this over to a higher authority???

      SCAM WEBSITE. PLACED AN ORDER ON 02-18-24 & THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. WENT ON TO "CHAT" TO ASK WHERE IS MY ORDER AND IT REFERRED ME TO A SITE TO PAY $5 TO "ASK A QUESTION". THEY ALREADY RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE MONEY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WASN'T RECEIVED AND NOW WANT $5 TO ANSWER WHERE MY ORDER IS? STOPPED PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD AND SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. ADVISED THEM I WILL FILE FRAUD CHARGES IF ANYTHING ELSE IS EVER POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE . . .

      This company never answers their phone. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and still have no product. I have emailed them at least 10 times they have answered twice. They took the money for the order several days after the order was placed. I sent an email a week ago to cancel order and have yet to see the money. Do not use this company it has a NY address but I know the business is in China. I ended up turning over to my bank.
