    If I could give this business no stars. My car was reposted for missing 1 payment. Yes that's correct 1 payment. I live in ******* and was visiting in **. And they actually opened the driveway gate to my dad's house which is private property since I'm not the owner of the house and took my vehicle without anyone's permission as no one was home. Then they have the audacity to charge $350 for a repo fee meanwhile is suffolk county the fees are $185 and $370 for a large haul meanwhile I have a car . I wish the BBB to shut these people down like look at their reviews for heavens sake I'm scared when I gonto get my car. Which I'm confused as to why I have to go thru an entire process to get it back when once I pay what's owed I should get my property that day not wait till they have an appt an email me why not phone call me email is so unprofessional. I hope they know who they are dealing with cause I won't deal with their ********.

    They stole my vehicle. They entered a closed gated property, in addition ignored the objections. My vehicle is paid in full, no loans. I have a discharge of lien & no liens reflecting on my title. I called the cops and filed a victims report. The towing company caused damages to my gate as well as an expensive vehicle, *** ** comp.

    The staff (Firedaus) that I spoke to was rude, and unprofessional. He disregard my concerns. When I ask for more assistance from a supervisor, he told me no. He even told me that I was a customer.And told me to hung up my phone. This is sad to have a person like this working for a business.

    Unprofessional and they steal items from vehicles. My vehicle was picked up around 2-3pm EST there lot closes at 2pm but yet my car was accessed multiple times at 8:30-9pm. The next day recovering the vehicle there are missing items and damages. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I had to file a police report against them for the theft and I reported them to ARS and the ************************ of NY.

    You are not getting all of your things back. Im not even sure how they choose but i know that they really went through my things. They make you sign that you got all of your things before they will tell you where the car is. You ALREADY know it mus be like Xmas in there when they get new cars.
