    Bought a pair of sandals online from Casual Comfort Sandals. They arrived and are too small. Have tried since their arrival to get a full refund with no success. None of my email messages have been answered and the listed phone number is constantly busy. Have come to the conclusion that this is a scam company and I will not be getting a credit to my credit card for the return. They provide no instructions on how to return an unsatisfactory product. Product was sent with no receipt or proof of purchase just info on the shipping package.

    I ordered three pairs of sandals in two orders on 6/4/22. My credit card was charged on 6/6 for both orders ($32.95 and $68.93). I received the items about 16 days later. Two of the pairs did not fit right so I wanted to return them. According to the refund policy on the Casual Comfort Sandals website, I had to request a return shipping label within 30 days at ********************************* They also provided a phone #************ along with the above email address for any questions or concerns. I sent a return request to that email on 6/23, the day after I received the items. Having not received a response after 10 days, I tried calling the phone number several times, at different times of day. Each time I received a user busy message. Since I couldnt reach anyone by phone, I emailed again on 7/5. This time they responded, asking for the order number. I responded right away, even though I had already provided that information in my original return request email. I have heard nothing since, and now Im past the 30 days. I tried calling that number again and I got the same user busy message. Ultimately I want to return the sandals and get refunds of $24 and $29.99.*Before hitting submit for this complaint, I noticed the phone number you have for this business is different than the one they provided on their website, so I called it. I got an immediate robo message saying to leave a message, then when I tried to do so, it said mailbox is full.

    I bought a pair of shoes for my vacation. I purchased them 30 days before my trip. They arrived after I came home 12 days later. That was a total of 42 days from purchase online.They were late and then they did not fit. I followed the instructions online for a return and a refund. None of the ways to return worked. The phone number stays busy the email never responds after 4 emails sent by me. I just want a refund that's it.This company should be shut down and not be allowed to do business. When I click on the link to send an email the prompt says page can not be found.********************************** ORDER #***** Your order is on the way Your order is on the way.     I ordered two pairs of Casual Comfort Wedge Sandals on June 30, 2022. The first pair are Light Blue at $32.95 and the second pair (Black) at $22.50. I received my first text message on July 1, 2022 that my order had been shipped with the following tracking number (****** tracking number *************). I received a second text message on July 9, 2022 with the same tracking information that my order had been updated. Then, I was sent a third text message on July 10, 2022 with the same tracking information that my order has been updated. My last text message from them was on July 20, 2022 with the same tracking information that my order has been updated. I have tried to call and there is a repeat busy signal. I sent an email and never received a response. It is almost a month and I have no idea what is going on with my order.
