Purchase made October 20th. I paid approximately 74 dollars. Due to a confusing check out page I ordered twice. Two pairs of shoes. I called and message states the number is out of service. I ordered shoes from this company - two pair of shoes. They state on their website that they provide easy returns within 30 days. The shoes that came were much too small and couldn't be the size they claim to be. I emailed them 5 different times and called their number listed here on the BBB site as well as the one they have listed on their website. I placed my order for a pair of sandals on 7/24/22. I received the sandals in late August, 2022. The sandals are not "comfy" so I want to return them for a refund. I paid $26.95 for the order.On 9/1/22 I sent my first email to the company asking about the procedure for returning the sandals for a refund. Since then, I have sent 7 more emails including two messages on their "Contact Us" page. I have also tried calling 20 different times but the line is always busy. I bought two pairs of sandals online from Casual Comfort Sandals (Order *****, 8/14/2022, $68.93). They arrived and are too big (delivered 9/7/2022). I have tried since their arrival to get any return/refund instructions based on their 30-day return offer, with no success (9/7/2022, 9/11/2022, 9/14/2022 via email and several times via phone). None of my email messages have been answered, and the listed phone number is constantly busy.I assume this company avoids contact (phone and email) to avoid its return policy, which requires their approval first. I am sure I will not get any refund if I send the shoes back without their approval.They provide no instructions on their webpage on how to return an unsatisfactory product except to contact them first. The company is casual comfort sandals and I purchased two pair from them. It was on July 30, 2022. I have not received my ordered and I can't get in touch with them either by phone or email. My order number is *****. There are two other numbers and one is probably for tracking. They are: *********** and *****************. The phone keeps saying that my call cannot be completed as dialed as the called party is busy. I also get no email response. I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this matter. I ordered a pair of sandals from Casual Comfort Sandals. I ordered a size 10 in navy blue. I received the shoes on July 16 but they were a size 9. I have tried calling the number ************ but it is continuously busy night or day, so I assume that it is not a valid number. I have emailed (info @****** ******************) several times but have not gotten a response. I would like a return label to return the shoes and have the correct size sent to me. If that shoe is not available in that size and color, I will take a substitute color. If neither is available, I would like a refund.I really like the shoes, but they are just too short!
