    Not to be trusted. I received a pair of sandals that don't fit. I emailed them to ask for a return label and still waiting 2weeks for one. They do not answer their phone

    I waited for a month and a half to receive these shoes to get nothing but a cheap, worthless pair on a slow boat from *****. This company is a scam. They make returns impossible and do not answer their customer service number.

    Bought sandals that were advertised as size women's 12 but received a size 43 which is smaller than a 12. I saw the sandals on many sites and they were all advertising Euro sizes. The only reason I bought from this company is because they advertised US sizes. I already know that I can not wear Euro size 43. Now I am stuck with shoes that I can not wear. I have emailed them 3 times so far and have not gotten a response. I want to return them and get a refund.
