  Please SAVE your precious hard-earned money and stay away from this company.I order a pair and have not been heard from since then for more than a month. I emailed the company and got NO REPLY. They sent me an email about my order being in the process but when you click the ***** button, nothing is happening. Now I am wondering if I still get my money back??? What a waste, so sad.

  I ordered 3 pr of sandals size 8.5 = size 40 in *****. They sent size 39 which is 7.5 US. they should have sent size 40 *****. The materials and workmanship are very poor. They said it would be $80 to ship them back to *****. My advice. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ***** ZERO STAR IS MY RATING

  This company is some kind of sham. In the middle of May I ordered some sandals which arrived in terrible shape in a thin plastic bag, not a box. They were roughly made. I returned them shortly thereafter for a refund. They have never answered my emails about a refund. They don't deserve any star.

  I purchased a sandal and it did not fit. I emailed multiple times within the 30 day period requesting information to return and never got a response. I called a couple of times, leaving messages per their instruction. No call back. When I finally got a real person, it was just past the 30 day period. After much discussion about no response from them and what I was suppose to do with a sandal I cannot wear she finally agreed to send me the information to return the sandal and get a refund. It is two months since I spoke to them and have not heard back from them.

  I would not order again from this company. I ordered two pair of sandals which turned out to be too small. I requested info to return the sandals via numerous email requests and never got a response from them. Why should a person have to request return instructions? That information should be provided when a product is offered for sale. Because they chose to not respond to any of my requests for return info, their imposed window of allowable returns passed and Im stuck with sandals that I cannot wear. I will not make the same mistake twice.

  They are poor quality AND made in ******. So if you want to return them it will cost ALOT as ****** is considered international postage

  On 07/04/2022, I purchased 2 pairs of sandals for myself and my mother from Casual Comfort Sandal via ****** and after several weeks and reading several negative reviews (which I should have done first) I filed a complaint for a refund from ****** and initially received the refund but did not see the "case escalation" email from ****** and the case was closed and the refund was reversed. Now I have lost over ***** for sandals that have never arrived and cannot reopen my case with ******. Casual Comfort Sandal continues to send me emails saying "your order has shipped" with a tracking number and there's a message at the bottom of their emails that says, "respond to this email and we will respond to you..." but when you respond a "mailer-daemon" email is received saying there is no such casual comfort email address. This company is a rip off and possibly doesn't exist and ****** is not fair in how they attempted to resolve. Once a case is filed, a customer shouldn't have to escalate a case. That is the reason for filing the case or the person would not have wasted their time of ******s. I want my refund and they can keep those cheap shoes. Please Do Not Buy Anything from this company and if so, don't use ****** because you have to watch your email like a hawk in order to make sure you keep updating and providing additional information. I will be submitting my complaint to ****** via BBB also.

  Absolutely horrible sandals/shoes. **************** is in-reachable. Ive been trying for months to return my horrible shoes. They NEVER respond to my email that is provided for returns. Several of their phone numbers is a mon-working number. Another number ask that you leave a phone number and they will return your call. Nope they wont return. You wont get a response, you cant and wont get a legitimate return address to return these most horrible sandals. HELP IS NEED. I read that Im in the same SINKING boat as others If you had an option for a -?? (Negative) that would be my selection.Ive turned this over to my credit card company and they are working on it from their end.
