      100% will recommend Independent Home to anyone. We had Independent Home and three other companies provide estimates for a walk-in shower. ***** ******* was our sales person. He listened to what we wanted, was responsive to all of our follow up questions and was a pleasure to work with. He stood out above the other three companies - he was able to give us exactly what we wanted for our shower, the best price by thousands of dollars with a lifetime warranty, but he was also different because he was honest with us, provided a cohesive presentation, and was not offended that we were gathering other estimates. The fact that Independent Home contributes to various charities was a selling point for us as well because it is an indicator of the company's values. Once we decided to purchase through Independent Home, the process to move the process forward and schedule the work was seamless. Other companies told us it would take a minimum of 8 weeks for installation and ours was scheduled for only 4 weeks out! When it came down to it, there was really no comparison to Independent Home - they really stood above the rest. AND we will be getting a condo in ********* next year at a 90% reduced rate through *********** ********** for purchasing our walk-in shower - thank you *****!

      Yes I reccomend **** ****** as a representative . He was friendly and not ******* to the sale. He listened to me, was patient, answering all my questions about the product and the lifetime warrenty of the parts and labor. The price was much better than I expected for the quality Independ Home was offering. I am hoping to pay it off early with no penalty. What a blessing to work with with a company that has its own in house workers and installers!!

      Love my new shower. The installers where great. Kind and very polite. They worked very hard, even when things went bad, due to the construction. From the very beginning everyone worked to make this come through. The sales person (***** ******). To the installers ( *** and ******) they all where wonderful. I'd highly recommend this company.
