      Ordered parts from them 11/07. They got back to me 11/10 saying the parts I purchased were discontinued but they found a replacement. I got an invoice with no tracking saying 7-11 business days. Fast forward to 12/03 I still haven't received my parts or a tracking number. So I reach back out to them. I get an email back with excuses about their supplier and a bunch of other garbage. But the next email I magically get a tracking number. When I click the tracking number it says label created not in system yet. Dated for 12/03.They never shipped the parts I paid for and it took me emailing them to get them to even contact me about a mysterious delay.I stopped responding to the emails so now I have had 7 calls from them from different numbers all saying we want to make it ********* had your chance with sending the product I ordered or contacting me about it being delayed instead of leaving my client hanging with me having to come up with excuses why I can't repair their issues. You obviously have no problem spam calling people. In fact I had to send an email to stop calling me.

      This business is very poor at customer service, I placed a order over a month ago, and they never follow up with and updates as to what is going on with the order, even after calling them they advised me they will update me with some kind of progression, absolute worst.

      This company posts that they have a five star rating with the *********************** They show availability of product on their website. Takes our payment for a product and then tells us the product is no longer available. Upon request, they said they would credit our account. It has been 11 days and they have not credited our credit card for the money they took without providing a product. The product is a Gentex 7100F smoke detector. They still show this product as available on their website.Product research on the Gentex website showed that the ************** has not manufactured this product since 2015.       I ordered 3 push button lock door handles from this company in March & upon delivery, realized I needed 1 Left Hand Handle & 2 Right Hand Handles. I reached out to the company about a ************* approved to refund the items upon receipt. **** confirmed the delivery & the company is now claiming they have failed to locate the package. They have failed to issue a refund & have basically terminated any communication. I wouldn't advise this company for any future purchases unless you can hand deliver any returns that *** need processed.

      Im thinking JMAC writes their own reviews. I placed an expedited order over two weeks ago to be told today that they dont expect the product in inventory for several weeks. Yet I paid for expedited delivery and they charged my credit card for the full amount of the order. Very disappointed.

      This company is where I should have gone to right away. I did not know any better and the product was the correct part I needed.

      I ordered some items that require a quote from sales. It was the *** trim set in a stainless steel finish, but sales quoted me the trim in a different finish in dull chrome, and to my mistake, I didn't catch the error and placed the order.When I got the item, I discovered it was in a different finish, so I tried to get a replacement. JMAC sales insisted that *** does not offer different finishes on the trims but only on the locksets. Knowing this was impossible, I refuted it, and JMAC doubled down and told me to call ***.I called, and *** confirmed they offer trims in different finishes that match the lockset (obviously..), but JMAC refuses to exchange the item, so I asked for an RMA to initiate a return.I shipped it back and was charged with a 35% restocking fee (the order value was ******, and I got ****** back). I looked at their returns policy, which stated a 7% restocking fee, so I asked sales to look into it. After multiple follow-*** over two weeks, I got a reply saying they have a 35% restocking fee, and then I noticed they updated their returns policy on their website. I got a screenshot of the before and after the update, but I don't think there's much recourse I can take.
